Judge asks jury to disregard last question that was asked, and advising jury that in June 09 #jodiarias was not repped by current counsel.

I said that when I guessed she was the secret witness. She didn't want them in the courtroom to hear her lies about them, that's why she got the courtroom closed. She was pissed when the media was let back in.

Put her rear back up there, heck...she is prepared...this time she has proof her hair has been cut.

As for the rest of her "mitigation", I was APPALLED Juan wasn't more prepared last time, at least for her well documented "art work" (read ILLEGALLY OBTAINED AND COPIED TRACINGS).

That CA Book she has been salivating over for months might hold the answer to all our questions.

No. It's not unlimited. And once she ruled that he was required to stay on the case despite quitting his job as a public defender (!), she could hardly insist that he continue on at the public-servant wages. Indentured servitude is illegal in this country.

JA couldn't care less about her family. She's upset because she didn't get her way. She does not want to ruffle any family feathers as she is not done using them for her own selfish needs. Travis was right. She only cries for herself.

Exactly. She doesn't care what they think as she knows they're going to find out eventually if she did throw them under the bus, but she does not want them to get the chance to refute it if they choose to. She has already testified to physical abuse which is being supported apparently, so why not sexual abuse. Between the years of 12-14 when she had that other "fog" we heard all about.

I don't understand why the jury should disregard the question altogether becuase it wasn't this defense team that was looking at the lap top. Just allow that to be clarified and continue with the question. Shouldn't Juan be able to rebut the assertion that modifications were made by the state? It makes it look like he asked something improper.

I thought the "aha" moment from Sue had more to do with showing that defense was planning to have BN perjure himself on the stand and testify to "his" work until Jan. 2 when they saw Juan's interview with him they had an oh **** moment and realized they had to put Sue D. on instead.

As to secret testimony, would JA really be this upset if all she did was throw her dad under the bus (don't get me wrong it would be terrible but does she really care)? I wonder if it has more to do with her admitting some sort of psychological shortcomings in herself and she doesn't want that getting out there. And by that I mean she put on some "poor little me I have psychological problems boo hoo" not really believing them herself just trying to spare her life.

I have a feeling that JA threw Dad under the bus and probably ran over him afew times for good measure. Maybe she threw the whole family under the bus.

I suspect she threw her Dad under the bus with some wildly extreme accusations about the same types of perversions she is alleging about Travis. All made up, of course.

Nope. She did a little dance around it- saying that JA's alleged fog at age 12 or whatever was consistent with molestation, but she didn't say any molestation actually happened.

In comparing Neumeister's hundreds of thousands site testiphony at the hearing and a lot of the other stuff he testified to, well, we're certainly not hearing about it all now that we're in front of the jury.

Essentially, Neumeister couldn't deliver what he promised and sent his "colleague" to be crushed under the bus.

We need to remember we're talking about viruses from 2008, not present day.

That is a WORLD ago in terms of sophistication and activity. I remember viruses then that would type automatically and those terrible pop-ups. Trust me-- if you typed www.whitehouse.com (instead of .gov), it was quite the spectacle. (don't know if that's still the case)

For me, it tells me they've had a year and a half to prepare a case and they just grabbed this young guy at the last minute, last week and completely threw him to the wolves.

It also proves to me that they had Neumeister faking that he was the one that did all the research.

Neumeister never testified in front of the jury, only at the never-ending-hearing. When questioned by Juan, he fell apart and referenced John Smith... pseudonym!

Obviously, the defense was hyping the to the judge.
