Seems like they are trying to use the Prosecution's argument and witnesses, since they got nothing!

No, I kn ow they are trying to say the roomies never used the computer. But they are also trying to narrow down the list of possible players who downloaded something on that date. They are doing so by saying the roomies never touched the computer, imo

Why should Flores stipulate to anything whatsoever? "I heard a tape of a voice I do not recognize, so nothing he said means anything to me. That could have been recorded in the lobby during lunch for all I know."

I mean really, why should Flores do anything to HELP them- they have tried to destroy his credibility and career, dragged his wife into it to. I don't know how he can even be polite to Wilmott. She doesn't deserve anything from him, IMOO.

I cannot believe that Judge Stephens is allowing this line of questioning. She allowed such a wide latitude with the defense.

This case is seriously straight out of the twilight zone.

That is correct. Currently JW is questioning EF about a tape done when he was not present to hear it. It was ZB on the tape saying he did not touch TA computer. JW wants EF to say it was ZB but he will not. He was not there and says he doesn't remember ZB voice.
