Q: Did malware hijack the computer and redirect it to 🤬🤬🤬🤬? Smith says that is possible but didn't happen here.

Such a liar!

  • #262
good question!

The jury certainly paid attention to all this testimony, good questions, not so impressed with the answers though.

  • #263
I will need rebuttal to get her already. :gaah:

Nurmi is back up now and wants Smith to clarify the comment about a browser being "hijacked" by a virus. #JodiArias

Wild About Trial @WildAboutTrial · 2m 2 minutes ago

Even when Nurmi says the word "but" it takes a few seconds. "Buuuuuuuttttt". #JodiArias

Wild About Trial @WildAboutTrial · 39s 40 seconds ago

The viruses installed were not the type that would take you to teenpornmag from a http://homedepot.com explains Smith. #JodiArias

  • #268
Of course. Nurmi doesn't like the question

Follow up question time from Nurmi... #JodiArias

History can be adapted even by non-humans! What is John Smith talking about?

  • #270
The jury certainly paid attention to all this testimony, good questions, not so impressed with the answers though.

I wouldn't be too impressed if I was a juror either. Also, remember Juan has a computer guy coming on rebuttal. With credentials and everything.

  • #271
The good thing about this testimony is that Juan finally got what he has been asking for for weeks - details about what they say they found and how. Now he can have someone rebut it. It was all vapor testimony under BN and he refused to provide any details at all - either he was hiding them or more likely didn't know enough about computers to explain anything.

  • #272
As a normal person, who knows nothing about the technical side of computers, I would have no choice but to completely throw out all of this testimony and not use it to render my verdict. I still after hearing all the evidence, don't believe without a reasonable doubt, that TA looked at a bunch of 🤬🤬🤬🤬. So this guys testimony has failed.

  • #273
I know this is trial report by tweet, but I believe we're talking about activity which supposedly occurred more than 12 months after JA slaughtered TA.

  • #274
How does Mr. Smith rectify testifying that there was only one 🤬🤬🤬🤬 'click' (UPorn) with this testimony about user initiated 🤬🤬🤬🤬 travels?

  • #275
JM: did you find child 🤬🤬🤬🤬? No? Thank you. That's all.

  • #276
I will need rebuttal to get her already. :gaah:

Amen sister, amen!!!

For me, I have only limited knowledge of the inner workings of computers/ IT stuff so I am left to rely on others that are more knowledgeable about what is or is not the truth of his testimony which leaves me rather nervous.

From WAT:

Wild About Trial @WildAboutTrial · 13s 14 seconds ago

Smith says the history in the registry was the easiest source to find evidence of human initiated content 🤬🤬🤬🤬 wise. #JodiArias

Wild About Trial @WildAboutTrial · 27s 28 seconds ago

Smith now pulls up the registry file to show what he is talking aboot. #JodiArias

William Pitts ‏@william_pitts · 13s13 seconds ago
was there any evidence of virus, spyware, malware, etc that needed cleaners to remove? Yes

Somebody on that jury is beginning to get it...

The computer guy on the jury definitely knows that Tony's testimony isn't accurate and is trying to flush him out LOL #JodiArias
