Since the defense wants the judge to rule based on what the state COULD HAVE done (but they cannot prove), then I'm sure we'll hear the defense say there COULD HAVE been this conspiracy whereby the chain of custody was falsified.

Lol is the judge seriously allowing questioning so petty? She's basically saying it was signed out of evidence room and it wasn't zach becusse he never touched the computer so it had to be you! What? He admits he signed it out. Why won't the judge just allow Juan to explain to the jury why it was signed out?
