Yes. June 1 someone looked at something called you .

June 19th at 11pm, either 1 or 3 USB drives plugged into the laptop in the evidence room, downloaded and then deleted it.

Yes. I'm not saying this happened. I really don't see any reason anyone—defense or prosecution—would have tampered with the victim's computer intentionally in 2009 though.

Obviously it wasn't Travis who downloaded and deleted in 2009, so I suppose the point must be that it was Flores and that, in the process of messing with the computer, random files were necessarily overwritten that almost certainly had nothing to do with the case?

I'm assuming the Emmy JW wins would be for best performance in a comedy. Anybody who can get out that comment with a straight face about the trial having gone on long enough deserves it.
