None of this provides the jury any reason to spare her life. All these attempts to try and make TA into a watching dude (um, like millions of others out there), does not provide a legal reason for someone to murder him. All the delays and motions and lengthening this phase still does not do anything to give the jury what they need to make a decision on mitigation. In fact it gives them no mitigation.

Yes MeeBee, but why can't she say it, so there is no doubt, and the media... cough, cough, Kiefer... can't spin it and so it is CLEAR. The allegations were vicious- why not put them to rest?

I don't really know what difference it makes. Her ruling will probably be quite lengthy and she will release it in time. Her saying we are moving forward is all I need really. Don't see it is a thang.

Sounds like JSS is allowing Neumeister to come back and testify about again. She already said he would be back on the 20th. makes no sense to me. But this whole day made no sense. Please sleuthers, don't defend this judge anymore.

I still do not understand why the jury is hearing all of this testimony about the computer . Is this about pros. misconduct or is it about mitigation?
