Geffner reiterating that victims of abuse are more likely to stay victims of abuse. #JodiArias

I guess his friend ALV told Geffner not to go with her "Victims of abuse often grow up to be abusers" statement that landed on her like a brick. She meant TA, because she said JA wasn't abused growing up.

I suspect Travis's overly sexualized emails and texts with a variety of women was a way to learn about sex. He was actually relatively inexperienced sexually for his age, and he was probably worried about ending up humiliated by his lack of experience any time he ended up in the sack. This actually makes him more endearing to me - it certainly doesn't portray him as a manipulative T-Dogg Dr. Jekyll/Hyde.

So it seems they are bringing in the affidavits of witnesses to say things that Juan will not he able to cross on. For instance Marc McGee is a completely unreliable source yet they want him to be able to "speak" without scrutiny. Seems a fair thing to ask for from Juan.
