Ok it honestly sounds like they just got a bunch of statements from her supporters and are now offering them in trial. If they can't testify to this stuff in person then it shouldn't be in an affidavit eirher.

I am confused. Has the jury heard anything since the lunch break? Did they hear the defense claim there is on TA's computer or that JM is objecting to affidavits being read by Geffner? I hope not. That would be so wrong. Would JSS actually allow Geffner to read those affidavits? If so, can JM subpoena those witnesses and force them into court? Is AZlawyer here?
