If there was truly child pornography on the bishop's computer, the bishop is guilty of possession of child pornography.

If <modsnip> actually viewed child pornography then he is guilty of that crime.

Wonder about the statute of limitations.

Perhaps that's what <modsnip> doing in New Zealand where he can't be prosecuted for his role in viewing/possessing child pornography while in the U.S.

If an answer might cause a mistrial, it will be asked outside the presence of the jury first. Also if something has already been ruled inadmissible but the attorney wants to make an "offer of proof" about what the witness would have said if he'd been allowed to answer.

I suppose Dr. DeMarte could say she discounted this information because the witness was not credible for various reasons, including contradictory statements made online.

It's possible, though, that JM will not want to suggest to the jury that it is OK for experts to consider anonymous hearsay from questionable sources, so he will want Dr. DeM to rely only on "real" evidence.

Also, JSS might reasonably say that experts can rely on hearsay affidavits made under oath to the mitigation specialist but not on hearsay Facebook posts possibly not even made by the person whose name is attached to them.

If he would have taken the stand, could JM have crossed him on the Facebook posts and stuff like that? Feels you just broke my heart AZL.
