If there was truly child pornography on the bishop's computer, the bishop is guilty of possession of child pornography.
If <modsnip> actually viewed child pornography then he is guilty of that crime.
Wonder about the statute of limitations.
Perhaps that's what <modsnip> doing in New Zealand where he can't be prosecuted for his role in viewing/possessing child pornography while in the U.S.
