And what's also glaringly obvious is that Dr. D actually interviewed people about the murderess rather than relying strictly on JAs word, tests, and journals.

She's showing what a fraud the Geff and Fonz are!!!

You really can't just rely on what is written in journals and texts because Jodi was gas lighting Travis, OF COURSE she sounds passive in them. Passive aggressive. You can't see her on the other side screaming and punching walls and plotting his murder while frothing at him.

You have to remember, in Jodiland, there is no rebuttal. She's STILL thinking she can say (by proxy) whatever lie crosses her brain pan, and no one will contradict it.

Since JSS allowed the maternal grandmothers statement in that Jodi was very mean to her mother, does this open the door for JM to show the video of Det Flores interviewing Jodi's dad, where he also stated Jodi was mean to her mother and would call her yelling at her? And also, the statement by Jodi's mother that Jodi was always telling her she didn't read enough and wasn't smart, etc? I hope so!!

JM can't open the door by himself or have JSS open it--he can only walk through doors opened by the defense.

But I think the door the defense opened by saying that JA was a meek little sweetie pie concerned only about pleasing others would permit Dr. DeMarte to say she relied on those video interviews, yes.

AZlawyer....I really think it is the felon that is making the defense attornies present the strategy....she is running the show. I cannot imagine the joke she has over them. The felon appears to find ways to have a hold or "blackmail" all that come in contact with her. JMOO
