I know I'm in the minority here but I don't see how this BPD diagnosis will help the state get the DP. Hopefully the autopsy photos will convince the jurors to vote for death.

Nurmi (Jodi)'s approach - A young girl's BPD killed Travis. It wasn't Jodi's fault, period.
JM - Jodi with Borderline personality is extremely dangerous to society. Give her the harshest sentence.

And that's why I keep bringing up her identification and obsessions with ningas and martial art films, which started at an early age. How many women own swords???

but I own 2 swords..

I am a Renaissance fan, every year go to the Renaissance festival in full period clothing..

my first sword, is because my home is decorated w/ a medievil flare...the sword has a blue quartz crystal at the top, and is abso beautiful, fine workmanship..it hangs on the fire place mantle..

my 2nd sword is a ninja sword, yes, I said it, ninja sword lol no reason really to have the ninja sword, cept I think its neat looking..

I dont own, nor carry a gun..

so If some one breaks into my home to do me harm, I suppose the sword is the thing I would grab to defend myself with..

eta, I am against violence, but do belive in defending myself..

I have nothing but respect from those who share these concerns. Over the past several decades socially, we as a nation, have moved into an era that smacks of zero personal responsibility for one's actions--even for those who commit heinous murders. This tendency to make excuses and blame, blame, blame, blame has indeed permeated and poisoned our Criminal Justice System, but in the end I believe average people are sick and tired of the excuses and blame, and can see the impact it is having on all of us. So, for me I trust that these jurors will see the truth that Juan has revealed.

Not at all kidding. One of the male jurors came to court one day wearing cowboy hat, boots,& jeans. Observers posted how fine he looked.

That was when CMJA started to amp up her appearance in court as far as I can tell. I think she thinks one of the male juror has
the "hots" for her & she can work his vote. Jmo

If he votes the DP for her does that mean he invalidated her?
