That has GOT to be the funniest thing I've heard in this two year trial!

And it's not like either of the defense attys could clarify that on cross w/ Dr. D?

Hasn't bouncing back and forth been the defense's M.O. in this trial???

:seeya: I "think" I saw the blonde before in another photo of the DT leaving court about a week or so ago ... not sure about the one with the bun.

Not sure IF they are with the DT or got mixed up with them leaving court ...

But as long as they don't sing any certain types of songs ...

What's especially telling is the DT is using JM's witness to prove Borderline because they made sure their experts didn't diagnose her with that during the first trial, then she was sane but defending herself, now she's not so sane and snapped due to all of her issues we never heard about before. <great big ol' eye roll>

It is especially telling...which is exactly why I would like the current jury to be aware of the DT's ploy.

Apparently it is acceptable and legal and all around good for expert witnesses to see and/or hear other expert witnesses testify.

Geff seems a bit miffed about what Dr. D said about his methods. If he sees her out on the playground at recess he will probably push her down.
