Juror questions:

Is it normal to change how a test is administered? Normal is a difficult word to use. There is a normal adminis. Sometimes it's changed

Does changing the intended ways put the validity of the tests at issue? No but must be cautious. .. First make sure to desribe the limitation, be cautious and don't base major hting on it. but it must be noted why... Difficulty is dealing with a case like this which is not normal bec she's been in jail for 5 years.

3. Why did you feel it necessary to give a second test? We wanted to know what had changed.

What significance does qualitative data give you if it's just how she felt?
Geffner- It's important to see what level of trauma she had

:). :). :). :). Snark, at last.

4. What significance does qualitative data give you besides a "feel" for where she's at? it gives a history which helps us put the picture together.

5. When was JA first diagnosed with PTSD? In 2010--the first psychologist made it.

6. When did JD test/interview JA? In 2011. Testing was in August 2011 around 8/11 and 8/12. (RG is looking for JD's report.) Report was Aug. 2011.

7. Is it common for a person administering the test to fill in answers for the patient? No--not common. Usually filled in by the test taker.

who diagnosed her with PTSD? weren't all the DT drs unlicensed in AZ?
Was it based on the ninja story? hope JM clears that up.

Please jurors. Ask about taking the word of a liar on trial for her life as gospel.

BK....about JA lurking outside the bathroom. Geffy said, well it could be because he wanted her to go in for oral sex. We just don't know....

Yup - because almost everyone I know loves to have their partner come into the bathroom at their friend's home to service them while their friends just wait around for them to finish and come back out so they can continue on with their visit! GMAFB.

I would be so embarrassed and ashamed if I was spewing this stuff about a murdered man I had never met and knew nothing about. Do these people not hear themselves? The jurors probably cannot believe this b.s.

I have always felt there is a good chance Jodi will not get the death penalty, simply because some of these jurors will have to do some real soul searching as to whether they can actually impose it morally. If she does get LWOP instead, it will be in spite of her defense team, not because of her defense team. It will not be a win for them - they already lost - she is now a convicted felon.

That's what I thought? Plus I thought it was established that she got PTSD FROM murdering Travis, (which I don't believe based on her actions)

But they WILL count it as a win no matter what.

Why did you and your team feel it necessary to administer a second Daps test?
One was what was happening then and the other dealt with now

Jen's Trial Diaries @TrialDiariesJ · 54s 54 seconds ago
Does changing the way a test is administered normal?

Geff- There's nothing normal in this case and the limitations need to be described

Jen's Trial Diaries @TrialDiariesJ · 2m 2 minutes ago

8. Does it put the intergrity of the test into question? No.

9. Would you classify JA to have secondary gains by having interviews while incarcerated? Yes--anyone in jail has potential for secondary gains.

10. Wouldn't a person from other religions have something to lose by admitting sexual conduct? If so, would you choose not to interview them also? Possibly--depends on how strong the beliefs are.

LOL. I love that. Especially since Dr. Gefner says it's only a lie when you can gain **** from your lie!
ETA: Nevermind. It was interview related. I thought it was about her test answers. Boo.

How would you know how strong their beliefs were, if you didn't freaking interview them to find out? BS doctor, total BS!
