Yes, it's called learning a new language. And you can learn a lot when you successfully delay your re-trial for 18 months.

It's amazing what a bunch of coaching about how to answer tests a certain way will do for the results!

No wonder Geffy is so sensitive about having the test questions revealed. He doesn't use them as anything more than a loose guideline, at best.

You know it, Hope. If he doesn't administer the test as INSTRUCTED in the manual HE invalidated the results--that now brings a total of 2 different ways that a test or tests have been invalidated by the defense as evidenced by testimony. Wow, what a real winner.

For someone who knows more than I do - Does PTSD have some "triggering trauma" or is it the cumulation of some series of events? I would have thought the former, though perhaps it could be either. If the alleged choking incident caused PTSD, then she would have avoided him after that. If it didn't give her PTSD then (assuming it happened which it didn't), then it didn't give her PTSD period right?

She's suffering PTSD remembering how it felt to be up on the stand and hammered over her lies by JM.

On another thought, it must be awfully gratifying to her to have people in a professional capacity supporting all the lies she's told, even if JM does tear them all to smithereens.

I really believe JSS has given the attorneys a firm timeline to wrap this up.

She had one one one with the jurors, as I suspect it may have to do with this endless trial not ending over 2 months ago.

FWIW. I believe that MdlR's contract with AZ courts finishes on February 28th. Given her penchant for leaking to the press, and other unprofessional behaviour, IMO, it's possible that her position as Mitigation Specialist might not be renewed. If that were to happen, would the DT have another reason to delay while they brought a replacement Mitigation Specialist up to speed?
