I hope this is true, I certainly think that #12 is a gamble and probably good riddance. Maybe the Alexander's were reported to be upset because of the fact that they are losing more jurors.

It might not be at either side's request - could have been the bailiff reporting them for something.

I can't believe any self-respecting professional would knowingly take a class with that title from this team of individuals. The relevant psychological association probably gives continuing ed credits for this? Does the state allow it as a required ethics class?

I remember Judge Perry openly talking about the trial schedule. We knew what to expect. This Judge treats the public as though they were invisible. We have no idea what will happen today, when the closing arguments will be presented etc. :gaah: :shame:

He also respected the jury and the time they gave up~~this judge doesn't care
