Jen at Trial Diaries tweeted the same. That there is rumors the media and overflow rooms heard the sidebar and Jodi wants to allocate with no press and no public...

So, how does the court find out about jurors to remove them? Does someone always follow them around then report? They are all together, the jury, how would others see or hear them? Other jurors report them?

In my jury experience the foreperson often nominates him/herself, and the other jurors ratify him/her rather than create unpleasantness. The current juror reported to be taking copious, non-stop notes would raise a red flag with me if volunteering to be the foreperson. Ditto the "loner" guy who keeps to himself. A foreperson needs to be someone all the rest like imo and who seems to like the other jurors too. No oddballs or my-way-or-the-highway peeps."

I think I understand why the foreman said jury directions/voire dire should change. BOTH the previous foreman and #12 who was just kicked shared "death penalty reserved for serial killers" (#12 shared in voire dire, previous foreman perhaps shared in voire dire but DID share in interview)

Considering that as a fact (I may be incorrect)... but then AZL, if the law doesn't screen them out, but only screens out those that could consider death.... and they know that Jodi isn't a serial killer... is there no alternative except to seat those without an automatic kick as to qualifying to be seated?

I guess this is a loophole?

Well her request for a closed room isn't unexpected. She of course would want a last power play. DENY her that JSS.

If she didn't want to TESTIFY with the media in the overflow room then how come she now wants to allocate with them in the overflow room?

ETA: To clarify, I mean has MK tweeted that rumor, not has he tweeted that WAT said it.

There was someting that Numi requested did not get it. But with other sights we should be able to piece it together. But!!!! JSS was ADAMANT. When Numi. Asked. She said no way this was ruled against in the supreme court. So if you all find out tell me I missed it. But she refused that. ( what ever it was ). Some one I'm sure caught it. We are all here I hope to help. Each other Ok !!! Got it myself. Numi was asking to seal the court. Room to all

I completely agree that is SHOULDN'T be allowed, but at this point, just friggin do it and let's get this over with. Seriously, the last time she was in private it was nonsensical BS that accounted for nothing. I suspect the same here. She'll portray herself as the victim, TA is bad, she didn't know she was abused, the fog made her do it, her parents drove her to murder, she dropped the camera (wait, that's old, right?), the ninjas did it (wait, that's old, right), she wasn't there (wait, that's old, right?).

Anything is possible, but it means nothing. The jury likely has their individual opinions made at this point.

That's why the Alexanders and JM are pissed. What a coward that especially cruel twisted vindicative murderer JA is!! Hope the jury sees this move for the manipulative ploy that it is.
