I remember the COA saying that sending the media to an overflow room could have been an option used. So JSS could do that. But ugh isn't the DT tired of playing these games and wasting everybody's time?

It is literally ALL they've got.
Once they run out of time, she has to meet her fate. They will drag this out as long as humanly possible, and bully to the people who have their life on hold.

He's probably looking stressed because the defense once agin threw in a new last minute accusation or claim and now he has to go looking for some evidence to refute it.

Are any of you surprised the judge is going to banish everyone to the overflow room? I'm not. Not at all. There is just no way in heck any JSS supporters can spin this to support the judge. She has no control, none.

Actually, as long as the media can hear her, let the judge do it. Show the jury AGAIN that everytime a Jodi speaks, the courtroom is empty. This would speak volumes to me, as a juror.

JA is NOT entitled to special privileges and JSS needs to put an STOP to it !

My prediction is JSS will grant JA and her DT anything and everything they want so I will NOT be surprised by her decision.

But it's a foregone conclusion that she'll get it, so why get upset about it? Let's just get this over with, as long as the constitution isn't violated again. I think it's the best we can hope for from this judge.
