There's a logic to it exhibit 692 - JA with her then BF Matt Mc - then with DB and his son, and we've seen and heard that ll those relationships ended in a congenial manner. And doesn't all this point to abuse and that she was in a situation she couldn't handle. Because something was different here and that is why June 4th happened, because something was different.

The state says JA lied about what happened and therefore there is no PTSD. And Dr. G said there was a diagnostic impression- he took the intellectually honest approach and said he did not talk to her close enough, contemporaneously to the event and he couldn't diagnose it. He relied on those who talked to her closer to the event. He was not a zealot.

I've watched this trial and kept up to day since Day 1. I am so hoping that the jury sees through the DT's excuses for CMJA and give her the dp. It seems Nurmi is again trying to trash the name of Travis Alexander in an effort to save CMJA's sorry life. Will Juan be able to speak to the jury again after Nurmi is done with the his list of lame excuses?
Also, will the jury's decision be shown on TV and if so, what channel? I do NOT want to miss seeing her face when it's read!

You could say well, there's no physical or emotional abuse so #6 and #9 don't exist because there was no abuse. But you can see the signs of abuse we talked about - and because why on June 4 did we go from this sexual encounter to abuse - why?
Because that is normal in DV situation.

Jury gets to decide out how much in advance JA premeditated the murder.

Dr. DeMarte who has a part time job testifying for the state and raised her rate, and lied about her experience - she is the biased one. Not Dr. G. She is the one who can't even say good morning. She is the one who is biased.
