No, that he was naked, that makes it more perverse. Chasing him in his underwear and in front of people is no big deal. There were no sexual overtones in it.

Another part that's unbelievable is that he was chasing him with a Bible in hand. It would have been the Book of Mormon in hand. She can't even keep her denominations straight in her lies. So phony.

He was on medical leave but I don't know what happened. He looks wonderful as always! I love his hands too...JA hasn't learned that hands are only as beautiful as the good you do with them.

Judge Stephens needs to consider finding another line of work. She doesn't have the ability to deal with slick lawyers and lying defendants.

This phase of the trial is just as much of a circus as the first one. You think she would've learned from her mistakes after the first go-around. Guess not.

I'm trying to figure out why the sex tape was introduced with Flores on the stand. He didn't unearth it, Menendez (sp?) or Arias did, so Flores cannot even authenticate it, can he? Are you there, AZlawyer?

Perhaps Nurmi has some question for him like "on that tape, did it sound like Travis didn't want Jodi around?"

I'm watching HLN right now. They just played some sound bites of his friends speaking about him.

One of his friends said if you came to him complaining about someone else, you'd leave feeling bad about it because Travis helped people to see the good in everyone.

This was Travis' beautiful but fatal "flaw." He always wanted to see the good in people including Jodi. The problem is not everyone has good in them. Jodi didn't. And it was only when he was being killed that he realized it.

It's just makes it that much more heartbreaking

Well that and that he seemed entranced by the sex unfortunately.

Was the letter entered into evidence? IIRC phone records showed Travis didn't call JA that Valentine's Day.

And it seemed pretty obvious that she added the lettering, perhaps even after murdering him.
