And NOT buying any more the "appeals issue" ... CMJA WILL appeal no matter WHAT the outcome is !

BBM - Exactly! The convict will appeal because the courtroom clerk was wearing a blue shirt in court one day and that is Travis' favourite colour and she didn't get a fair trial because of that. Just because the convict is going to appeal the verdict over every trivial thing she can come up with (and we know she will) doesn't mean the verdict will actually be overturned! :gaah:

I didn't think they could bring "surprise" witnesses at this stage in the trial.

Just some idle gossip while we're waiting but it happens to be true. Nurmi has excoriated his client in writing for her "tantrums". It was one of the greatest insults to a professional relationship and he let her know it in no uncertain terms. She, by contrast, refers to these outbursts and spells of acting out as her "meltdowns". It always has to be Pity Me, never ownership of how ugly & cyclonic her rages are. We are very familiar with one of those. I do wonder how he processes these tears she goes on, when they are aimed at him. Lord!

Well, whoever it is is no mystery to JM, and that's all that counts. I look forward to hearing about their credibility being shredded and tossed around the court room like confetti.

That was not Beth's last post. She is saying just what the tweeters are. She doesn't know what's going on and the court is in recess until 4 pm eastern time. She doesn't know who the mystery witness is. Arias was just the rumor.
