So what will happen if this judge agrees to what the murderer wants, what can the media attorney do. We know this judge is very afraid of appeals so she will give the murderer what she wants, but what can the media attorney do? Can they appeal this judge's decision?

Well, whoever it is is no mystery to JM, and that's all that counts. I look forward to hearing about their credibility being shredded and tossed around the court room like confetti.

I posted earlier that this witness (especially if they are about to spew more BS on behalf of the murderer) should be afraid of JM, not the cameras.

Jodi: "Um nothing that is what you typically see in a case like this, such as a childhood where there was drugs, alcoholism, molestation, none of those things occurred in my family so I guess we would sort of joke that my mom didn't beat me hard enough, so I don't have mitigation."
Troy: "So what are you going to do?"
Jodi: "They feel that I would be a suitable candidate to behave myself in a correctional facility and just not be a problem. That may be their angle, I don't know."

This may have come up suddenly because some jurors were reacting. A ploy by the defense or ore likely JA herself.

If the media is sent to a viewing room I'm guessing they will NOT be able to see the jurors. Anyone know?

Patricia Womack was set to testify for JA last time and withdrew because she said she had been threatened. Maybe it is her. The only other they had at that time was Darryl Brewer. Has he been threatened too? I will say again, this judge should never have let this trial be televised in the first place. Jmo. Just because it's not on tv doesn't make it unfair. Again, jmo.

So what will happen if this judge agrees to what the murderer wants, what can the media attorney do. We know this judge is very afraid of appeals so she will give the murderer what she wants, but what can the media attorney do?Can they appeal this judge's decision?

Basically what is going to happen is more needless delays in this case because of the constant side-shows the defense team puts on. They absolutely knew that by wanting the media and cameras booted from the courtroom that the media attorneys would automatically appeal, leading to a delay and a deeper cushion between the victim impact statements and whatever BS they are about to spew.
