He is never guilty, in this interview he claims he was in the store and came out, saw a friend and was arrested. Of course, Misty was in the car with the friend first and he was basically just saying hello. He is good at feigning non involvement in these matters. He even denies that he paid for Misty's tattoo ! What a coward. He couldn't distance himself more from Misty if he tried.

But ....... that innocent bystander thing must have happened 3 times right, since he is charged with being present more than once!!! What a coincidence.

I guess he uses Misty as the patsy and then he passes by to oversee the deal but has plausible deniability.

I totally know this guy. I lived with his sort once. Psycho. IMHO and all...

Did anyone ever figure out why Ron had on earring and necklace in the booking photo? I read a comment about that somewhere, don't even remember where and just wonder if it really was the booking photo or something else.

There were 2 mugshots of Ron taken the night of his latest arrest.
One was in Putnam Co. where he was arrested and had warrants at and one was at Flagler Co. where they took him after his Putnam Co. booking.

From his jail house interview:

he was fingerprinted in Putnam County and taken directly to the Flagler County jail

The mugshot taken in PC he had earrings and a necklace on but in the mugshot from FC they were removed.

Well, he sure as heck mentioned what went on when he got out. True to his mom's affection for the English language he told us how LE "Threw" him on the ground. I take this as his first matter of filing of abuse charges against LE.
