I don't believe I would be willing to return Ronnie Jr to Ron Sr's care due to the growing anomisty between Hank Jr and Ron Sr. I do not believe Ronnie Jr is safe under Ron's care at the moment in violent surroundings. How could the Court possibly deny and disagree based on evidence. If Crystal truly has/had an option to file an emergency court hearing requesting temporary custody of Ronnie Jr, I hope she chooses to now.

THIS article states:
"Pierce said she saw one of the two get out of his truck and put something in a neighbor's mailbox."

But in the previous articles, LE stated the witness saw Ronald putting the object into the mailbox.

What it does state clearly is that Mrs. Pierce signed an affidavit stating it was Ronald's truck and that she saw Ronald Cummings driving it. So...if she's wrong, I guess we'll all hear how wrong.

At the time Haleigh went missing, the window said "Grave Diggers", a brand associated with mudding.

IIRC, that was a different white truck that belonged to an emt. I don't have a link, but if you search thru WS, you find a lot of discussion on trucks !!

These are not JUST claims against Ron. One was an actual arrest for which a $12,000 bond was required, another is a criminal complaint filed against him, which could (should?) be turned over to Federal authorities for investigation.

I don't know what Greenwood's opinion is, mine is that it was a bogus arrest and a bogus accusation.

I personally believe that there are several valid legal arguments that should be brought to Family Court regarding custody of both the minor children. Behavior before and after the disappearance of HaLeigh.

HC2 sounds like a punk. "Wah, wah, wah. He hit me, he put a rat in my mailbox, wah, wah, wah. Just because I was trespassing on his GM's property, pushed him on, refused to leave when asked and hit him doesn't mean he can hit me back or put a rat in my mailbox. ITA. Everyone is "setting up" RC :boohoo: LE, the press, the Croslins, and now we're supposed to believe the neighbors are in on the conspiracy too. What is standard, it seems, is to minimize and excuse RC for everything under the sun. The truth is if FL dropped into the ocean tomorrow, there would undoubtedly be some who would use this to herald him as the Second Coming.

There is no reason to mistrust HC2 nor to mischaracterize him in this instance as the dangerous violent aggressor, p-leez. Distorting facts--which indicate LE, upon interviews and assessing injuries, determined it is RC who should be arrested for assault not HC2--is fruitless and frivolous. JMO

It's really a shame that some here on a crime victim's site honestly believe HC2 should just "take it like a man" which in reality translates to resign himself to be RC's whipping boy, take the beat downs, harassing threats, retaliation w dead rats... and w/e else RC feels like dishing out w/out reporting any of it. Because a brother or parent responds to their family member's calls for help; because he isn't seeking vigilante justice but rather appears to be making an effort to let the law intervene to handle the incident...

I mean a few days ago--despite explaining the contact was initiated by Misty when she placed a call which caused concern--weren't the same people bashing HC2 for NOT calling LE and trying to handle it themselves!? GMAB. There is no sense in this waffling, double standard, backtracking, contradictions and hypocrisy.

Seriously?! Have you EVER really known anyone put in jail for life over throwing a punch that didn't kill someone?! Has there been a case where a guy donned a neck brace for 4 days and doesn't have a red mark or scratch on him...but they put the other guy in jail for LIFE?! I think it is time we take the "DRAMA" out of this and get back into reality!!!

Life in prison is on the extreme end of the scale. I do not think it should be life in prison.

IF there are no consequesces for Ronald having gone into the van after HC2, then it sets a bad precedent, IMO. After all, all involved, IIRC, have admitted that Ronald did indeed go into the van after HC2.

There was also an eyewitness to Ronald's truck being at the mailbox and one of the two in the truck placed an object into the mailbox. This is a Federal offense. (with an eyewitness)

I think the biggest DRAMA is a result of Ronald's actions.

Misty, IMO, never called ANY of them crying and asking them to come get her. I guess it will come out in court. Tommy spent the day calling her instead according to Misty and this can be proven by phone records, imo. He wanted this to escalate and it did, imo. This was the first set up. (It is possible Tommy just told them Misty had called him with that whole bs story.)

This is not vigilante justice. This is a crock! What Tommy is doing is out of pure spite and revenge, but for what?! I believe he has something against not only Ronald, but Misty. Misty did the right thing in filing the RO, but I believe it is the reason for the latest "tale" of Tommy's with the rat.

No one is waffling that I can tell and there is no double standard. Ronald didn't have time to call LE once Tommy rushed him and then he went back outside to try to save Tommy from "TAKING" Misty. Yes, he should have called...I will agree there. However, he was in protection mode and was determined not to let them take his wife against her will. With the rat, the neighbor and Tommy should have called 911, but failed to act. They had no reason not to call! (Tommy should have called LE both times, but instead preferred to get things set up first, imo!) He is out to get them both, imo.

I can see Ronald getting a fine to pay for smacking Tommy not jail time. If they prove that Tommy orchestrated the fight and Misty did not call anyone to come "save" her...then they should charge Tommy, too. It isn't like anyone was actually harmed. It was a freaking fist fight with no weapons which takes place daily resulting in no charges filed at all.

Great...there was an eye witness. We know the credibility issues of an eye witness as it has been pointed out on here many times. She could be wrong about what she saw or she could be lying, imo. I hope that LE went to her window to look out and make certain she could even see the mailbox at his house. Maybe LE needs to haul them all in for LDTs over the dead rat. Tommy has motive here since Misty filed the RO on him 3-4 days before, imo. I see Tommy creating the drama, imo. I don't see Ronald or Misty initiating it at all, imo.
