I'm placing my eggs with three people, Det. Bowling, Det.Rose and the agent on the case from FDLE named Joliceur, who started on July 27th.

Pieces are pretty much together now. Just don't know if Haleigh will be found, that is what they and all of us want.

R & M aren't talking....what does that tell you?

That doesn't work.....that would mean that they consider themselves more important than Haleigh. What could be more important than Haleigh?

To find Haleigh, it will require the same effort it did to fin Caylee. You start with the perp and profile them/he/she. When you find out what kind and type of person and there methods of how they deal with stress and how they feel about the victim, you get a pretty good idea of where they/he/she would hide her.

Casey was easy....the problem was that LE had ruled out that area right off the start.....which threw people off because that was the most likely area due to her habits and style.

She has given a statement and said she was watching tv (presumably in her house) when she saw it happen.

And ITA re the sleuthing...WSers used to do such excellent sleuthing here...I used to be blown away daily by the sleuthing that happened here. Now there are only a few posters left (it seems) that are interested in sleuthing the matters, as opposed to just "jumping on the bandwagon", not doing any research, and posting nothing but criticism re Ron, all day, every day.

I do a lot of research every single day. I want to know as much about the players around Haleigh as possible...including witnesses who want to put her father in jail.

However, you are right about how things used to be here and how we went about working on cases. Before, we weren't dealing with personal agendas. Now we can't even research the RSOs living around Haleigh without problems. I don't understand why it has to go back to Ronald every time in every conversation, but I guess people are afraid to take the focus off him because it could turn it onto someone else. I have to wonder why?

As far as LE stating they need the ONE PIECE. Let me show you how standard that speech is with LE. LOL It is ALL any agency needs to solve the case and they ALL use the same line!!!:

The Sky has also learned that Misty Croslin-Cummings was asked again to come in for re-questioning in the child's disappearance. Misty now has an attorney and both have declined the request for futher quesioning.

Well....I've been gone for most of the time for the last two days....but I see we are still beating a dead horse with a dead rat...LOL

So....what attorney/public defender has been assigned to Ron for the criminal case already in progress? Will that attorney be required to represent him on any new charges, also, or does a new one get appointed at that time?

It appears and should be considered by all that RC has some serious issues going on here. The denial of the issues is one thing but the elevation of this man to super parent and wonderful provider is another. His character doesn't dictate or deserve that description and his behavior is not becoming of a role model in any sense of the word..

I would have to agree and include Crystal in this observation also.

IMHO they couldn't be more clear about what they know unless they just came right out and named a suspect. IMHO they know what happened to her. They just don't know where she is to bring her home.

I hope our interpretation is right MADJGNLAW. I'm praying that it is, that they know what happened to her and as soon as they get enough information they will bring Haleigh home!

Tell that to the judge that found the charges to have been justified. And if he is convicted of putting that rat in the mailbox, he's going to be facing some serious jail time pretty soon. Might better stock up on tissues.

Not sure what you mean. Tissues? If he faces time for what I believe are bogus charges, ya, I will be upset. I believe HaLeigh is alive. I pray for her every day. I do not believe Ron is involved in her abduction in any way. I do worry he will be wrongly accused. I pray for LE to pursue the truth and find those responsible and bring HaLeigh home to her Daddy and Junior.

Hi Jade, just wanted to thank you for your post--I guess if it was "good enough" to post, then it's "good enough" to quote.

I feel the context is equally important, especially if we're going to admonish others. The often used "Judge not," has frequently been misconstrued as sort of a blanket statement in order to squelch any kind of moral standard ie misused to imply we should make no moral judgments. This wasn't the intent (we can "love our enemies" while still holding them accountable in society--it is in fact the most loving thing to do.) A better interpretation is an admonishment to judge one's self first or to not hold others to a standard by which we're not first willing to measure ourselves.

Interestingly we're also told how to handle people in various states. We are to "admonish the unruly, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak." But as author Dr. Jon Townsend wrote, "To reverse these is tragic. Encouraging the unruly is like a watchdog making friends with the burglar." (~Hiding from Love).

We are warned about the dangers of all grace and no confrontation. Whether or not he has further knowledge of Haleigh's disappearance it's my own personal belief this is the situation RC seems to have been enjoying for some time now. JMO

This is actually a sleuthing site, which is victim friendly (or at least it was!). It used to be rare that people would post allegations as fact here, but it's becoming more common. The threads used to be littered with maps, public records and all sorts of product from hard working sleuths.

There are some excellent maps available that show the 2 properties and the view between them. I'd highly urge everyone here to put on their sleuthing caps (as opposed to their "judging" caps) for a few minutes and take a look at the map before you jump to conclusions about the credibility of the neighbor.

Thanks for explaining that, have wearied of the implications I either do not know the meaning of, or am incapable of, sleuthing. Please review Theories and see the hard work that was done (including maps, timelines, players, criminal records, and more) by me, on this forum alone, beginning early in this case. I didn't just come on board, I just returned--following a much needed break from the petty digs, while sleuthing other cases on other forums.

My own point was simply that this sleuthing site is a victim friendly site. And the very same disappointment can be expressed about the treatment of HC2, and the bashing of him that has taken place since being assaulted. JMO

There now, that should make everyone happy (removed "Th 5," so as not to offend anyone w "religion.") What remains now is wisdom, simple principles I think apply to RC and this situation. It was responding to Jade but they are simple enough concepts: Giving unruly people all compassion but w no consequences increases license. And drawing the line on certain behaviors isn't "judgmental." JMO
