IMVHO it is the logical conclusion considering all that has been revealed and discovered since HaLeigh was abducted.
IMHO I have considered all of LE's and these parents and grandparents statements and have this funny feeling alot has been carefully worded by all of them from the very begining and they all knew who did it after the very first week. "It is not as it appears" keeps resinating in my head and the fact that all ground searches have been non existant for 4 months.

It was responding to Jade but they are simple enough concepts: Giving unruly people all compassion but w no consequences increases license. Rons attorney stated they believe that the Sheffield family is behind Haleighs abduction I would have to assume that Ron and his family is of the same opinion and probable feel they have been as helpfull as they can be. Also if LE is of the opinion that Haleigh is alive and can be found why would they believe Ron and Misty are directly behind Haleighs abduction? It has been stated by LE that they are satisfied with Ron's alibi and do not consider Misty a suspect. If we can't trust LE and THEIR STATEMENTS than we need to again look at the A/C man and every RSO within 5 miles.

Tell that to the judge that found the charges to have been justified. And if he is convicted of putting that rat in the mailbox, he's going to be facing some serious jail time pretty soon. Might better stock up on tissues.

Well,Ron's attorney can think what he pleases although I doubt he really thinks that if he has paid attention to the case. I don't think Haleigh is alive, I hope she is. Thats the reason for this lack of co-operation. Just my opinions.

AZ, it is alleged that Ron and some juvenile placed a decapitated rat in Tommy's mailbox and that there is a witness who has signed a paper stating such.

IMHO they couldn't be more clear about what they know unless they just came right out and named a suspect. IMHO they know what happened to her. They just don't know where she is to bring her home.

I hope our interpretation is right MADJGNLAW. I'm praying that it is, that they know what happened to her and as soon as they get enough information they will bring Haleigh home!

And again...I will say that every law enforcement agency uses the same line. I posted a quote from the OSBI who said exactly the same thing in the Weleekta murder case and almost word for word. It is a standard and common phrase used by LE which simply means if someone will confess or give them the name of the person then it is the ONE PIECE they are missing to solve the case. It is the only piece they are missing in ANY case! This in no way means they are any closer to finding Haleigh or know who the perp is in this case, unfortunately. The OSBI could not be further from solving that case and IMO, PCSO is in the same boat. The statement means absolutely nothing, imo.

You won't find it other than in snippets on WS or other sites who copy/pasted it. I believe the site has been taken down.

It was in the press release they did right after searching the Griffis' property in Baker County, IIRC. If you google the attorney, you will probably run across it very easily.

Hank Croslin told LE that he suspected Ron put the rat in the mailbox because, during the dispute a week earlier, Ron allegedly told Croslin he would get back at him.
Croslin also told deputies that he knew Ron owned several guns and he was afraid the headless rat was a sign Ron was going to kill him. Croslin told deputies he wanted charges filed against Ron.

The witness wrote that she saw Ron driving his truck and saw him slow down in front of Croslin's house. Then, she said, he appeared to put something into the mailbox.

IMHO I believe there are more that believe Crystal is behind Haleighs abduction at this time than not and it is a matter of a little time to catch someone in a lie or trace someones actions that will lead to Haleigh.
