Yes, he does have better things to do...such as find Haleigh with or without their help, imo. They have made it very clear he is not getting their help in the matter, IMO. I don't blame him at all!

I would be looking outside of LE for answers since they do not seem to have any, imo. I would be hiring PIs, TES, Psychics, Lawyers, Bakers, and Candlestick Makers in an effort to bring my child home especially if I felt that LE had abandoned the search. They appear to be stuck on their "key" and that is not going to bring Haleigh home no matter how many times they try to make their "key" fit a lock that isn't there, imo.

Me too! I would be glad to hear that he has done all of those things. At least they finally called in a lawyer who took the initiative and called TES. I don't know that they would have done that on their own. No way to ever know what could have been.

Please know that I am NOT saying this happened.
But DCFS can order random drug tests if the investigation shows
concern of drug use.
So it is possible that some of the players have had drug tests!

See, if someone was begging TES to stay and search, to me it screams they know she wont be found- so they are more than happy to have them search, maybe even join in, get to ride some horses and ride on the ATV's.

I think its Rons insistence to stay and search is really what made the cops and TES knew she wouldn't be found anywhere in their perimeter and thats why they left-

It really doesn't matter what we consider, it is what the Court will consider and that is very unpredictable. Some allow heresay, affidavits, etc, others are much more strict. All of my judges are different, and they all have different ways of running their hearings. Sometimes you get a judge that you really don't want for a particular case *LOL* because you already know what she's going to say.

Should Ronald simply hand over Rj to roam freely on the farm when during the recent search of her property LE came up with a crackpipe sitting out for them to find? Maybe Ronald's attorney should keep that report handy, imo.

Ronald and the Cummings family requested TES to come in to search in the beginning of this case. Not a lawyer. So yes...they did that on their own. TES usually requires the family of a missing person make the request. Are you forgetting that Tim M. and TES were there once before?

I would have loved to see what the inside of Ron and Mistys home looked like before it was presented to the public-

Actually Crystal was begging to does that mean she knew also? Heck we all begged TES to stay and look for Caylee on another case does that mean we were involved? Maybe he is a concerned father that missing and wants he daughter found no matter what. I personally cant find fault with a parent wanting TES or anyone else for that matter searching for my child.

Wow. So all these families that beg TES to come and search and I am sure some beg for him to stay had something to do with their family member being missing, or just Ron?

IF that is what TES thought, then why is Tim and TES coming back? Why did Tim come to Putnam County sunday and spend time with the Cummings and go to the vigil. Why was Tim beside Ron in the press conference? Why did he speak to the press after the vigil the Cummings had if he thought Ron did away with Haleigh? Why did he speak at the vigil?

Mark N said in the press conference that he called Tim and asked him to come back. Tim is very victim oriented and I believe that he will try harder than anyone to find Haleigh. He has a lot of experience at this. No worries.

What time frame are we talking....
that Ron could kill, clean up, get rid of all evidence, dispose of the body,
and be at work until 3 am.
EVEN IF he wasn't at work the whole time do you really think he had
time to do all that and take the body someplace else?
With technology... phone pings, surveillance cameras at gas stations
not to mention possible witnesses of him driving...
IMO if Haleigh is no longer alive she is close to home.
And IMO it makes NO sense for Ron to beg Tim to stay, or for TN to
get the attorney to ask for TES to come back if Ron did this.

Im sure it was a total mess after LE was done with it. Its not pretty what LE has to do in a investigation.As for the farm after 4 months Im sure they didnt see a reason to worry about what was amuck. If anything was there not saying there was but if there were it was gone way before the 4 month mark.

Sorry that is not correct SS, the lawyer stated he it was his idea & he contacted TES very plainly (please see video) of how, who contacted him etc.

LOL It must make it terribly difficult for Tim to do his job on every search if the parent that begs for his help, joins in the searches, rides horses, rides on atvs, and continues to beg for his assistance is only doing it because they know where the body is and are trying to show it can't be found, imo! I guess Tim would have to suspect everyone except the A fam then, imo!!

No one has said that Tim left because he knew for certain she wouldn't be found in their perimeter and that is why he left before, imo! Please show me a link.

It would be very uncharacteristic of Tim to return, spend all the money to come back to search, and all the while knowing there was no chance of finding anything, imo. Wouldn't that be like Tim shooting TES in the foot to financially drain their resources for nothing?

I believe this has been talked about before and since then I believe that LE
has stated they do not suspect Ron and Crystal.

The date on the article was August 18th, the day after the PCSO press release. "Bowling said it takes rock-solid alibis before detectives can eliminate anyone and those have not been established. He said the best that can be done is assign degrees of suspicion to people."
