Has nothing to do with "if they only knew what I know" - it is just my opinion that if people get the facts they have a better understanding of what did or did not happen before making a judgement call with regards to various situations. I don't feel like this has a thing to do with Haleigh missing so not going to spend alot of time or energy posting about it - of course does not mean that others may feel differently and want to talk about it. JMO

Totally agree, judgements made on facts are more valuable. If you have facts, why aren't you posting them ?

So, still no clarification on where exactly Haleigh was sleeping and/or whether Ron had an argument and/or fight about a gun ? No one to step forward and help clear up these quandries ?

So far we have facts that RC changed the story about sleeping arrangements.
RC denied the whole issue about the cousin and the gun and it being located in the ditch, despite TN and the Croslins or Misty reporting it.

Maybe the issue needs to explored. It appears the gun issue/and or the cousin's visit did happen, since the FBI questioned JO.

We are seeing a pattern of RC denying or changing stories.

I think the issue about the gun and/or fight needs to explored. How could so many folks get it wrong ? Do we know how many guns Ron had and/or which one was allegedly found in the ditch ? BTW, who found it in the ditch ?

There are many hard facts in the last two pages. If the people who believe RC do not want to read them or comment on them, that is there prerogative. All I keep seeing is "link please" and where are the facts....they are here.

We have given you facts and links supporting the facts....heck, we have given you Ron's own conflicting statements in his own words....have to assume you are not reading them or you do not want to comment on the "facts"

Can't say with verified fact who found the gun, Shaymus. It is between an agency and an individual...take your pick....no facts found yet though.

The only thing we know is the cousin was interviewed....but that may have been because of the visit or the gun/fight or both.

I'm thinking the facts aren't being re-posted because they have already been posted numerous times in the past and dissected and discussed ad nauseum (not just this fact but most that are questioned in here).
If some would just take the time to read the past threads in order, you will find all of the facts in this case and the discussions that go with them. It may help to see how some posters here formed their opinions, in the beginning with the facts before the rumors started getting hot and heavy lol.

To keep on topic: I would like to Ron C speaking to the press on his behalf, hopefully that will happen now that the attorneys are out of the picture. HaLeigh's name needs to stay out in the media, if she is to be found, IMO..

The sleeping thing doesnt bother me and I think it is very easily explained, however I know that won't go over well so not going to even bother giving my input on that situation. The gun situation, I don't know - I don't believe there was an actual physical fight over the gun, but I do believe there was a situation with the gun. I would have to go back and listen to see if RC just says there was no fight with cousin over gun - or if he says there was no gun.

If one believes TN and the Croslins, then RC is lying.

What would be the Croslin's motive for lying about the gun/argument/fight - both Misty's mother and father ? What about TN - why would she lie ? How about Ron - why would he not want to acknowledge a fight/argument about a gun ? I don't know the answers to any of these but you're right - the opposing stories and changes in stories are troubling.

The facts have been discussed before but they are now in order with links supporting the dates that RC spoke them....very condensed and easy to see and hear the clear spoken words.

I am aware of how some posters feel but I have no idea on what they think or what they have to say about Ron and his inconsistencies. I do see support for him, in general, but not one response on his words and his change up of the story.

We have laid out our position with supporting facts. It would be nice to see why others feel the need to vigorously support him, some completely, without any comment on the lies that appear on the tapes.

I am not here for sparring as some others have stated they enjoy, and if I respond it will go back and forth and serves no purpose. We have been over these same things many times, draw different conclusions, and I refuse to participate in the back and forth games any longer.

Ronald Cummings denies that fight ever happened.

If there was no physical confrontation over the gun then I do not see this as anyone lying. I will continue to look to see if there is additional info where it is stated by RC that there was no gun.

I'm still find myself thinking about the gun issue and the fight/no fight story too, but am also wondering if this particular story was created just in order to confuse, mislead and misdirect LE.
In my opinion fom all the inconsistencies that have been revealed concerning this case, this scenario isn't as far fetched as some may want to believe. JMO
