I can't recall but I heard her talk about it. Didn't she also say (at one time) that she placed haleigh's necklace on her before she left the house?
Any idea who wrote those comments? This LVA was sure snipped and clipped. What I wouldn't do for the whole test
Are you saying that people were watching the test as she spoke? Can one be sure they are seeing it correctly? It reads "deception" noted to that question. I would think the printuot came directly from the machine. I imagine the notes are what a poster inserted.
:waitasec: What's strange about this is I swear I recall her having low imagination levels and now this report says high. I better take another look..
Read the results on the link I just gave you and it shows Extreme on imagination levels on the final report.
I don't trust this test. Misty was lying, so what else is new? Dang it, did they catch her lying about being the perp? She sat down willingly for that test...some hard hitting questions would've been nice. Who cares what she lied about cooking for breakfast or what movie she lied about putting in the VCR. Where's Haleigh's body? Of course she's going to point at outside perps...she's a liar, but good grief, why waste questions on who she was trying to blame? She did supposedly show deception on Ron being involved, but call me stupid, because I believed her when she said she didn't know why she showed that deception. I wish the interviewer had said if she was showing deception on THAT answer. Did she know why she was suspecting Ron? If Ron was covering for her, would that make her deceptive where Ron was concerned? I think so, but does Misty's mind work like that? MOO
Yep, but AH is always getting his "tense" mixed up. Lisa and Hank have lived with Tommy since Hank was discharged from the hospital and Lisa stayed almost around the clock with Hank at the hospital until he was discharged. I think AH was talking about Tommy's house because since the beginning of this case, that is the only house where they have lived. I think that Tommy had to wait until Lindsey returned home from her classes that night so that he could walk over to check on Misty. I do however think that Misty was sleeping over at her parent's house. I think that Lindsey may have dropped her off there on her way to school that evening.
I dont think Misty was there either!
I think the 2 little ones were left home all alone. Ron left them there alone and went to work figuring Misty was going to be there to watch them. he was calling her all night remember? so he calls Tommy tommy goes over and no one there.
I think Misty staggered home just before Ron did and they both fond Haleigh gone and staged the entire thing.
What if Haleigh walked out of the house all by herself?
LE has played "word games" throughout this case. If you want to consider what Lt. Greenwood has said then it would be good to look at everything he commented on. He told us the call came in at 2:13. He believed TN was there that night. There are many more statements also that were different from what we were told.

BBM: I agree with this statement. I believe Misty has told LE about Ronald, and it fell on deaf ears. The big question is, WHY? If LE has been wanting Misty to talk, why would they not listen intently when she does? But, maybe they do listen, and do believe, but lack evidence to prove anything against him.
Whisperer...how plausible do you think this is?
...Misty dissociated, was in a fugue state and remembers nothing that happened during the fugue. Something happened to Haleigh, Misty was right in the middle of it but has absolutely no conscious memory of it. But...subconsciously is a different animal! And maybe the subconscious was picked up on during LVA and hypnosis??
IDK...just throwing it out there...
It is my understanding that LE cut the piece of carpet from the van and took it for testing.
Of course, like everything else they must keep this close to the vest..:maddening:
Whisp, how soon after that carpet was cut out for testing didi LE anounce this to be a murder investigation? You're right, they would have know almost immediately if it was human. If it was human, I wonder why it took them so long to determine Haleigh is dead. Couldn't they have Haleigh's dna from her parents?
The reason I think we only got a few of the results is because there were a lot of questions about possible people who took Haleigh. I think the neighbors knew the "leave the kids home routine" and one of them came in and took her and I bet there were a bunch of questions about those neighbors. It appears that there were at least 328 results of that test OMG! we got just a few. There is enough there for a psycholgist to evaluate. At this point they should have had the FBI question her. They are experienced in questioning and this kind of personlity.
I've been thinking about what kind of person would accidentally or semi accidentally kill a child, and then decide to dispose of the body and stage a kidnapping. There's an awful big leap between accident and and a psychotic cover-up. I almost have to believe this was no accident. If Misty's the perp, I can see her coming to a delusional decision, but how did she convince others to share in her delusion? What convinced all these people, that disposing of Haleigh was a good idea? I really would like to know what Misty and her mom talked about that night.moo,Dodie, I think the test does show her as the perp. I wish they would have given it to ron. bet they offered. That was never going to happen.
Come think of it, misty did talk about it at times like she dreamed there were four people there. Maybe they should explore the dream aspect with her. Instead of hitting her up with reality, come from a different perspective. These interview seemed straight up..
I can believe that. Children have high imagination levels, and Misty's mind is childlike.

IMO. Misty is not the perp.. None of the Croslins are the perps eventhough it is quite possible some of them may have helped out that afternoon/evening.
And Misty was not the mastermind that afternoon/evening tryng to convince the others to share in any of her delusions either..
This whole FIASCO concerning a coverup and what to do with Haleigh's remains was produced and directed by Ron C and his family members.. Ron C, his mother and his family's names are written all over it.
Misty and the Croslins didn't even have sense enough to know they were being set up to take the fall when the time was right..JMHO
