Good point, Close_enough! He did show calculation as he spoke in the interview...

Also, from reading his emails to Tracey he talks about understanding Michael Jackson's emotional connections to children and lashes out at Tracey for suggesting that this is a psychological disorder or 'issue' due to his (JMK's) having been dressed in female clothing as a child... He would never admit there is anything 'wrong' with him... I bet he will try to turn this into some Evloutionary Mutation that the mainstream has just not evolved toward yet.

And I was embarrassed that the Runaway Bride was from the South... Now we have this 'nutcase' to live down...

imo

LOL, i know what you mean :p .....

you're right about the email relating to Michael Jackson....it was obvious, imo, that Karr got real defensive...

i also agree with the poster that stated, this guy Karr could & probably will say "ANYTHING"....

There is every chance that you are correct.
However, it is not his statements to the media that placed him under suspicion. It was the admissions he made prior that caused him to get picked up on the radar.
Now that's what I want to hear about.

i agree, but until he's been proven to be JBR's killer, (or not) these statements are very interesting....many folks are using it as a 'confession'...it's interesting to speculate about this nutjob, lol....

Yes, i agree with what you are saying> he could recant all with totally freaky justifications. "I was with her when she died".... emotionally, I felt her pain etc. Would not surprise me at all. I would love to be a fly on the wall at the interviews he is going to go through. This guy ia a fully fledged NUTBAR.He could and will say ANYTHING!
"I was with her when she died"... He allegedly delivered his two twin girls who died. I just heard on Fox that allegedly he had a separate bedroom from his wife after that with pictures of little girls surrounding his computer. It was also reported at the same time that he threatened to kill his first son.

I can only wonder if the trauma of those twins dying in front of him didn't trigger off a major psychotic episode of some kind.

In his sick mind he might of related the lost of his twin girls somehow with Jon Benet Ramsey. Hence "I was with her when she died". Tying in with the title of the Ramseys book "Loss of "INNOCENCE"...the name of one of his dead twins.

Just another one of my totally unsubtaniated theories..

Jersey it was Psalm 118. Her bible was opened to Psalm 118 and it was also read at the funeral from what I have read in the past
Thanks, cc. Odd.

It was an open bible next to the bed...."I called upon the Lord in my distress: the Lords answered me, and set me in a large place"
It certainly does seem odd in combination with the amount in the ransom note. However, if this was an intruder as I believe it was, it could be even more evidence that this psychopath was wondering around the house, going through their belongings. (A stretch, I know, that he would have noticed that passage (unless it was highlighted.))

Thanks Sleuth..you helped me in more ways then you know. I read in your first link about "the blood sacrifice" theory. Do you know what another conincidence...Exodus chapter 7 in the bible is regarding the plague of the waters turning to blood. He has a son named Seven Exodus.
How incredibly creepy. What would possess someone to assign that name to their child??? Good grief.

Toss in a few Professional Seminars, and buy a few things from the Handwriting University International and you too can be a handwriting analyst.

Sorry, I don't buy this guy's opinion on Karr handwriting.
It's not the most difficult thing to learn actually. I would venture to say that nearly anyone can learn it if they have the time and the desire.

Thanks, BlueCrab!

"So wasn't it said that Patsy's Bible was turned to a page that included a passage with the numbers 1:18, the same as the amount demanded in the ransom note?"

Not only that, but the Bible contained SBTC backwards.

"there is one piece of evidence that is clear to anyone with eyesight: Patsy wrote the ransom note. There is no other way around it. Some of it from her own mind, the rest dictated by John. Written with both hands. The words that look disguised were probably by her left hand. Her letters were so exact it made my body tingle. Almost a dozen experts saying without a doubt it's Patsy's handwriting is good enough for me. I can't believe they didn't arrest her on that alone. Not enough evidence you say? I think it is."

I agree, for now.

J"bean--"What do the Ramseys have to gain by writing a ransom note?"-- you are kidding--right?--With no ransom note, then the Ramseys look even more guilty--The note puts the onus on others, deflecting responsibilty from them--It was a "small foreign faction" that did it,not them---It was somebody who hated John at work(118,000 bonus John got),not them---it was someone ANYONE not them"

Yes, the FBI called it staging within staging.

"I have seen numerous interviews of handwriting experts saying she was not the author."

Like who, kcksum. The way I understand it was even the ones who said it was inconclusive said they couldn't exclude her.

"Just not the experts you believe or hold any stock in. It's a case of dueling experts.....period."

That I agree with. But, just to start, I have the man who ran the INS document division for 30 years.

"so how is it that the sneezing factory workers DNA also got under the fingernails of JBR?"

Easy: she scratched at herself and picked it up.

"there is a report that states that the two were a match. No before you tell me my reports was wrong....there is just a big of chance that your report that said it was not a match is wrong.soooooo, we're stuck with dueling experts again."

Maybe so, but the police said there was no match between them. What you saw was an unchallenged Ramsey Team statement.

"According to the program on Court TV last night, it was a match. In fact the program said that the second blood spot in the panties was known to the Boulder PD for 3 years and they said nothing."

Remember: CourtTV was sued by them. They HAVE to say this stuff. I've watched a LOT of interviews lately and a lot of them say they couldn't match the two DNA sources. Barry Scheck last night said that he has his doubts about the DNA.

"Have you ever seen how quick spiders can make webs? I have a spider outside my backyard door and I can bust its web and then the spider in a few hours will have a new one."

Not this one. It makes one web.

Sorry if this has been posted within this thread.

SBTC was reported to have been printed on the baseball cap belonging to Michael Helgoth:

Link to article:
Sunday Herald article by Neil Mackay

snip from article:

"Another suspect, Michael Helgoth, was found dead shortly after the killing. While it appeared like suicide by gunshot, Helgoth was right-handed and the bullet travelled through his brain from left to right. In his flat, there were boots with prints similar to those at the murder scene, a stun gun and a baseball cap with the letters “SBTC” on it".

Eeek, just saw some handwriting dude on Catherine Crier and HE said the handwriting matches. So, here we go again!

  • #275
I tried t do some research on him, but only found the s.s. information.

I keep wondering if Karr was getting information from someone in Boulder who is either related to him or related to someone he knew in Alabama that could possible be involved in johbenets case.

I was on the phone with my son so I couldn't really hear the whole thing, but Catherine Crier seemed to indicate she thought he was onto something and said she thought he might be back on her show soon! This is just C-R-A-P! I'm on pins and needles waiting for some real answers to whether or not this weirdo had anything to do with this damnable crime!:woohoo:

Wouldn't Karr have signed it I.S.B.T.C. then?
