Somebody really needs to help her understand how bonding out is the least of her concerns. If she made bond for a while then the sentence will be harder to swallow. I can’t help but to feel for the parents.

Her reaction is maddening. SHE KILLED SOMEONE.

And I don't feel sorry for her family at all. They are enabling her ridiculous behavior by continuing to engage with her during her tantrum.

There are several other audio-videos of her on that channel as well, most of them much longer.

Another case that will be of interest in relation to this is a lady in Irmo, near Columbia, under the influence and causing a horrific crash this week.

We all know JK is self-absorbed and tone deaf but what is the boyfriend's excuse ? Does he not realize she's going to state prison for a long time ????

If this wasn’t such a horrible situation I think I would have used the little laugh icon to like this post. And imo a dose of bad lawyering if they are aware of her plans. Do jail weddings have the pageantry of non jail weddings?

This is almost laughable!! I am wondering if her family is encouraging this so she has something to focus on? I know I'm reaching.

It’s another example of how this is about her and not the people who also wanted to get married. The wedding that she drove the car into doesn’t matter as long as Jamie walks the aisle. The boyfriend has to see how crazy this is. I hope.

The bond for Komoroski was set on March 1.

In April 2023, Komoroski collided with a low-speed vehicle (LSV) in Folly Beach. The collision killed new bride Samantha Miller, who had married Aric Hutchinson the same evening, and severely injured Hutchinson and another LSV occupant. Police determined Komoroski was driving 65 m.p.h. in a 25 m.p.h. zone and her blood alcohol level was three times over the legal limit.

Komoroski is charged with three counts of felony DUI resulting in great bodily injury or death and one count of reckless homicide. She has been held in custody at the Sheriff Al Cannon Detention Center since April 2023.

At a hearing on Aug. 1, Komoroski was denied bond because she was considered a flight risk. However, if the trial was not anticipated for March 2024, Komoroski would receive $150,000 bond with conditions.

According to court documents, Komoroski will be required to wear an electronic SCRAM Monitor and will be under house arrest. She will only be permitted to leave her house for medical emergences or as directed by prior court orders.

Komoroski must also maintain a residence is Charleston County, is prohibited from driving, and must surrender her passport, according to court documents.

"We have consistently asserted that Jamie is not a flight risk or danger to the community," said Chris Gramiccioni, Komoroski's attorney. "She now looks forward to demonstrating her continued commitment to rehabilitation upon her pretrial release from detention."

Please, Anybody with Money, leave her where she is.

Why is there nothing in the bond conditions about the consumption of alcohol and random BAC testing ?

Why is there nothing in the bond conditions about the consumption of alcohol and random BAC testing ?

My first question as well. Surely that has to be a condition.

Why is there nothing in the bond conditions about the consumption of alcohol and random BAC testing ?
This article addresses it: Woman charged in Folly Beach bride's death released from jail on house arrest

""As conditions of her release, Komoroski must post 10 percent of the $150,000 surety bond and turn over her passport. She will be subject to house arrest in Charleston County and can only leave for medical emergencies, according to an order signed Feb. 29. Komoroski will be required to wear a SCRAM monitor, an electronic monitoring device that detects alcohol consumption through sampling the user's constant sweat. She is not to drive.

I was hoping the drunk driver who killed an innocent person would have been kept in jail until the trial ... but it appears, if you have the money, you can get out of jail, no problem.
