I remember it was a poster on FHEFB that mentioned it twice and said someone needed to look into it.
On 1/8 the family wrote "PLEASE EVERYONE IN HORRY COUNTY REPOST THIS; UPDATE; WE NEED PEOPLE TO COME FORWARD THAT SEEN THE CAR AT THE BOAT LANDING(AT ANYTIME)... ANYONE ELSE WHO SEEN SOMEONE WALKING THAT EARLY MORNING IN THAT AREA...THE PEOPLE CATFISHING THAT NIGHT NEED TO COME FORWARD... THERE IS A TRUCK AND BOAT ON A TRAILER WITH NO TAIL LIGHTS IN THIS IMMEDIATE AREA TO COME FORWARD."

Okay - thank you. From this point forward there is no discussion of the truckk, camper or fishermen/women. It is unsubstantiated rumor. Until LE or MSM give it some substance, it is off the table.

Maybe
1.that she is gone
2.Her phone and purse are missing
3.Her car was abandoned
4.She has not accessed any of her SM (or bank accounts I assume or LE wouldn't be looking for her)
5.LE has conducted searches in the water and through woods
6.She has not contacted anyone she knows
7.She has not used her phone

And I'm sure a lot more of an electronic trail of evidence.
The biggest tell for me is the fact that LE has all evidence (whatever that may include) and they are searching in water and through the woods for her. That certainly sounds like some piece of evidence is pointing toward foul play.

I agree. And many on here probably do as well. The problem is with this list, is there nothing for LE to say there is foul play. And this list is longer than what I would have come up with if I had to write one at the moment. From what we've been given, LE does not have:
- A witness or video to an abduction or murder,
- A crime scene where such an abduction or murder took place,
- DNA,
- biological evidence in HE's car or condo that would indicate massive bleeding (large or numerous blood stains) or tissue/matter from an internal organ,
- a body.

Sorry, not trying to be cold or heartless.

Frankly, I believe LE thinks the possibility of foul play is very high. But without any concrete evidence I don't see LE stating that foul play is involved.

This is exactly what I think as well. I also would like to add that I think her cell pinged there. I personally feel it could have been her meeting place.

Also, I wonder if her cell phone pinged from PTL, and I wonder if who she called was actually in the area of her condo, hence the video interview with Nancy Grace and Terry Elvis where Nancy asks Terry if her phone pinged back to her apartment and he says that at this time they won't really confirm where it was pinged to. Maybe the person that Heather was to meet came to the condo area first but Heather was already at the meeting place at PTL? Does that make sense?

Was HE's car taken by a car wash for cleaning and vacuuming by the perp/s? Then dumped at the secluded PTL rather than risking being seen returning it her condo complex?..

I do not think that the car was cleaned and vacuumed before arriving at ptl based on TE's statement that when he got to the car it was a mess albeit Heather's mess nothing alarming. (I'm paraphrasing from his xojane essay)

I wonder just how many people knew where Heather lived. She had just moved there about 12 days before she went on the date on the 17th. Would that many people know where she lived?
I don't know but it is something I keep mulling over.

For "no body" cases pursued in court, time is what will tip it over into a murder case, but that would involve some years passing, IMO.

Please forgive if this has been pointed out (even on the other threads of AB) but this just popped into my head. Both AB and HE were leaving their current jobs and moving on to pursue new goals - AB was about to move out of the area and HE was about to begin her new position in cosmetology. Had HE given notice at TK? Not sure if HE planned to try to balance two positions or if she was leaving TK.

Just pointing out that both girls were in transition of some kind.

The connection to the technological college is intriguing too imo.

From what we've been given....that's right. We have no idea what LE has or doesn't have.
