I've seen no reports that provide a timeline for any of the Murdaughs' whereabouts the day of the murder. The only time I know is the time of the 911 call.
There is a time line for the deaths between 9-9:30 pm, that leaves 37 mins between death and 911 report of finding the victims at 10:07pm..

"June 14, 2021: The Colleton County Coroner confirms both Paul and Maggie Murdaugh died from multiple gunshot wounds. The estimated time of death is somewhere between 9 and 9:30pm."

I am still wondering why he’s on that road.
....

Several Hampton County sources familiar with the investigation told The Post the route Murdaugh was reportedly taking to Charleston was a longer one than most drivers going to Charleston would use.

Saw an article early on can’t find now, his lawyer said something like he was hours into the trip or left hours prior.? Anyone remember that.

I had assumed that he was the victim of someone related to earlier family events - until this evening. Now, the question of contract shooter is a new consideration for me, especially given his newly announced oxycodone crutch.

Regarding the 911 call, he sounds frantic, so I wonder why he is frantic.

He is asked whether he is worried about culprits in the area. He is not. Why not? Why isn't he scared out of his wits driving to the neighbours home requesting to come in to call police. Not that much time passed between the shootings and the body discovery. The bodies would have been warm.

He asks twice whether emergency services is on the way. He seems desperate for help to arrive. Why? His wife and son are deceased. Ambulances won't make a difference, and he's not worried about shooters. He felt safe alone at night on a rural property where his family was just shot.

So, why is he frantic on the phone? Does he think that people who discover bodies are instantly frantic? Is Alex the lawyer frantic when confronted with the unexpected?
In all fairness though, what a horrific scene <3 Everyone's mind deals with tragedy in it's own fashion. We are all individuals, bodies and souls.

Thank you. I'm trying to understand the timeline.

He's at the hospital until 9 or 9:30 (per info in the news about where he was). The drive from the hospital to Moselle is 37 minutes? 30 minutes?

He arrives home and the bodies are plainly visible from the driveway as he pulls up to the house. He jumps out, checks the bodies, discovers that there are no heart beats, then he calls 911. When does he check to ensure that there is no nearby shooter?

I'm curious about the driving time between the hospital and Moselle. Does anyone know the name of the hospital that he was visiting?

Is the red roof the house? ... is the small building to the right the dog kennel?

Victims in Colleton County double shooting being laid to rest Friday
Red roof house is large equipment. The little house to the right is a caretaker type abode, I believe. The kennels I think are obstructed from view in this picture, hidden by the trees at the bottom. The other white roofed building I think is a garage type building, cars and maybe boats?

Sorry, main house is maybe, I'm guessing, 1/4 mile away from the area shown.

Some reaction time will eat away at that 37 minutes but I can't tell you exactly when AM left the hospital and then after stopping to see his Mom, when he left there to drive to Moselle property.

Maybe someone local can give an educated travel time from parents house to Moselle?

Wild guess about the hospital location, but it might be a 30 minute drive between the time of the shooting, when Alex was at the hospital, and the drive home. That leaves 7 minutes to scour the vicinity for shooters after discovering the warm bodies.

Yes I remember it and commented myself on it. Someone else informed me it was later edited out. I think it was an Island Packet article?

Timeline ? Alex left the hospital at 9:30, roughly the same time the victims were shot, and called police 37 minutes later? The hospital must be roughly 30 minutes away. Other than arrive home, find the bodies, discover they were deceased and call 911, did he have time to do anything else?

Shot outside the residence makes it easier to clean up crime scene blood.

Perhaps the unexpected location of the alleged shooting is related to building up the courage to deal with the announcement about embezzlement and resignation from Law?

It looks like the address of the alleged shooting is at the church. What if he shot his wife and son for insurance money, his father dropped dead upon realizing what happened, he got caught with his hand in the cookie jar, the ruse was up, so he imagined that being shot on the side of the road would direct attention towards a hit on the entire family and get him a bottle of oxycodone?

Moselle to Charleston, his destination 1 hour and 42 minutes away.

Closer to home, it appears that the location where he was shot is not on the direct route to Charleston.

It does appear that he pulled off the road at the church.

He was allegedly shot 14 minutes from his house, parked in front of a church and not on the route to Charleston. Was this a suicide attempt because he was forced to resign due to embezzlement investigation?

His mom might be upset about Alex father's prognosis? At that time, everyone was still alive. Was the hospitalization and diagnosis of Randolph III unexpected?

Larger companies sometimes require that employees take mandatory vacation. Part of the reason is that if someone is doing anything shady, they may be able to hide it if they’re there every day, but if they’re gone for 2 weeks, their coworkers will figure it out as they cover the work. Depending on how the firm is set up, any embezzling could have been going on for a long time. With the recent family tragedy, AM may have taken more leave than usual and something could have been uncovered.
Yes! There’s a great movie on Netflix. All the Queens Horses.” A woman worked at a small town municipality and embezzled millions over the years. She never had a back up while out of office. Until one day a newer employee started going thru her stuff when she was out. The movie was mind boggling.

That's what Girardi, the Erin Brockovich lawyer, out in CA was doing and doing it for years and years. Tens of millions of dollars taken.
There’s a great documentary on Hulu. The Hustler and Housewife. Or something like that.

How do you select cached?

open Google
enter www.pmped.com
click on the small triangle beside the link
'cached' appears, click on it
links don't work, but with some URL creativity, it's all there for a few days

Got to give law firm accountants a break, even banks can't keep up with their money.

This banker in Israel embezzled the equivalent of $65 million USD to pay her brother's gambling debts.
She was out in 14 years
Banker who embezzled NIS 250 million wins early release

The president of this bank in Texas embezzled $11 million in fake loans to her family and friends, that was nice of her.
Then she set fire to all the paperwork on the boardroom table when regulators where on their way to take a routine examination of the books.
It was the first Texas bank to fail in five and a half years. It cost the FDIC’s insurance fund an estimated $21 million.
She got 8 years.
