Makes me curious if the surveillance footage from the church across the road from the "incident" captured Eddie's vehicle...

there is a blue truck parked outside Eddie’s house if you look at Google Street view.

Boy. I was away from the screen a few hours this afternoon and you all just took off!!

Going back to Thread 6:

I posted this—

“Thing about reputable rehab is they strictly limit your access to outside world. They dont want you interacting with potential stressors and you are very busy learning self care, involved in reflection, daily AA meetings, and various therapies — group, individual, art, music, acupuncture, etc.You might be allowed 2-3 ten-minute phone calls per week (you are not allowed to have cell phone) and only one face-to-face visit on a Sunday afternoon.”

And 10ofRod replied (#842):

“But celebrity rehabs don't operate that way, IME. And in some rehabs, much is negotiable. All depends on the treating physician, IME.”

—————
I disagree — all bets are off on what AM is really doing right now, but if he is actually in a legitimate rehab, his access to world is very limited.

A member of my family went to an extremely well respected and well known rehab — and since they follow AA anonymity I will not give names but in the history of the place all kinds of famous people including Hollywood types, public company CEOs, etc., better known than pre-June 7 AM went there and had to follow the same protocols as “normal” Joes and Janes.

The food is healthy and organic, and surroundings were lovely but the program was rigorous — very limited phone calls, no cell phones, one visitor a week for two hours on Sunday. Only exception was your pastor or rabbi.

Sadly, I know too many people who have experience with rehab, even ones used by criminal justice system, and they seem to follow the same kinds of rules. In one, my friend couldn’t speak with or visit her son for six months.

Well, one thing is for sure, cousin Eddie is a lousy shooter!!

seven shell casings left on the road, and not one bullet hit the broadside of a Mercedes SUV?!?

Suuuuuuureee!!!
A drug dealer who can't shoot straight or probably hit the side of a barn. Quite unique

There's a movie!

I have seen it. Need to re-watch it too!

Both the book and the movie were well-done, imo.

"Assisted suicide and insurance fraud"....well there must be some charges coming for AM then.

In addition to being the shooter, was he also the Good Samaritan? Is that how the insurance fraud figures in?

I’m surprised he wasn’t arrested simultaneously.

Insurance fraud in the shooting of Alex? How does that work? Alex would claim insurance for his injury and they'd split it?
