When AM pulled the stunt ( suicide) that day pmped employee’s showed up at the scene to tell LE that he had stolen money.

Now it comes out that pmped did know about AM stealing for years and the next day pmped comes out the next day saying they are going to sue.

What haven’t they shared that hasn’t been uncovered yet.
Exactly

Mentioning the Fake murder/suicide stunt.
MO
So, as I understand it the fake murder attempt was made to enable his Son to collect the huge insurance policy payout Alex had on his own life.
Anyone have experience with taking out a very large policy?
How did an insurance company ever allow a life insurance policy on AM considering his drug use?
From my limited experience with very small normal family type policies there are many questions to answer - some medical and drug related.
Even a drug test.
For a policy that large testing and an investigation of some sort should have been done.
How did AM get a policy?
Lies and coverups?
Did someone else provide whatever was needed if there was testing?
Just wondering.
All good questions Ann99. More people with much more explaining to do.

From some of this afternoon’s stories:

The lawsuit alleges they later found a check on Murdaugh's desk from the other law firm.

"According to the notation on the check, it was a partial payment of the fees at issue," the lawsuit states. "However, the check was made payable to 'Alexander Murdaugh, Esq.' and not PMPED. It had been deposited into a personal account for Alex Murdaugh and not PMPED." …

The law firm is also "requesting to know whether Murdaugh has entered into any agreements that involve future payments related to books, interviews or other publicity," the statement reads.

Brazen beyond words.

......and the mitigated gaul of AM (+ anyone supporting him) hiding away in some cushy spa "rehab" where he will remain anonymous and pampered instead of behind bars eating bologna on stale bread.

Referencing the news article that LetsSolvit posted upthread. The people at PMPED found a check on Alex's desk that had been deposited into the bogus account. If he had already deposited the check, how was it physically on his desk? Once you deposit a check, you don't see the check again.

Yes!
And I'm wondering about the date on the check?
Unless, long, long ago, before email this and that, when we got our bank statements on paper in the mail, did we get the checks back too?
If so, AM was clever and thinking enough to find it and what was the purpose of putting it on the desk?

I wonder if anyone in rehab with him will talk about the experience...

Maybe that struggle for the gun CES says he had with AM was self-preservation? AM must have already fired the gun before CES got there, ie the multiple casings found at scene. CES said when the gun went off he took it and ran like hell out of Dodge.

A dead CES at the scene could have potentially have been blamed for all manner of crime. AJMO

"A dead CES at the scene could have potentially have been blamed for all manner of crime."

That ^^ is one of my pet theories.

Was CES lured there, with AM planning g to shoot him in 'self defense'? And then of course claiming he was the killer of his wife and son, etc, etc.

The problem with that theory is---why didn't it happen? AM would have easily blindsided him.

There is probably an undercover or 2 in there, hoping for that.

Maybe they found his bank statements, which could have been sent to him. My bank sends a statement with a copy of my checks which have been cashed at the bank.

For many, many years, I got my cleared checks back with my bank statement. Not any more. Also, the payer would get the check back if they still go back. It does not make sense.

At many banks you can now deposit checks by taking a picture of them through the bank’s app.

His day is coming, and his life as he knows it is over. There's only so many of these days left.

Financial ruin from many fronts, and criminal investigations that that are only just beginning.

That would be highly unethical. As much as we dislike AM and feel he's the perpetrator of many bad things, rehabs and what goes on behind those doors stays confidential (and should imo)
