And he specifically told numerous times he was never down at the kennels, the murder scene, after he had dinner. He lied numerous times about that.
This isn’t what Alex testified to. He hasn’t said anything during trial.
This is what investigators claimed that he said.
Which, IMO, is why the defense is trying to paint the investigation as flawed, sloppy, unprofessional. IMO the defense will try to discredit the investigative techniques of SLED.

Yeah it's not that important. Still. I'd love to see it.

I know his fake Forge account was with Bank of America. It's been hard not to look him up but I'm not going to break federal regulations like he would.

Oh crap. It has hit the fan re the Go fund m*.

Miss Shelly’s daughter, what were you thinking? Facepalm. ‍

And Mark Tinsley was the one supposedly who gave $1000 to the Go Fund Me. MOO.

ETA: The defense stated they had a screenshot showing where Mark Tinsley's name was listed as the $1000 donor, but that it was then changed to Anonymous.

What was Tinsley thinking???? During a trial?

Oh, well. Judge, not moved.

AM is probably just mad he can't zero out that fundraiser account. So he can buy more sun chips.

Sun day, fund day.

Right? Why didn't they wait to do this until after the trial was over?

Yeah I think you’re right - the state wants a conviction by any means necessary. If it’s overturned they can put the blame on the appellate courts. That would take years to work through the appellate system and by then Waters will have gained whatever political benefit from the conviction. Perhaps I’m too cynical.

Regarding Wilson - I didn’t even consider that but it’s plausible. He seemed too eager to help AM on the stand. There’s answering honestly and there’s being eager to help. He seemed more in the latter camp. For someone so upset about being conned by AM it seemed odd.
No, not too cynical at all...it pays to look behind the curtain. After this trial comes all those 100+ financial crimes trials and some are federal so by the time those are done, the appellate court may have ruled and the question of a retrial may become moot if there's no chance AM will be released before he's 92. But with everything to come after this, DH and JG have job security.

Tinsley is not the prosecuting attorney AM's case, so I don't see an issue with his donation, imo.
