No true purpose at all, just showboating that sank, IMO

Do we know what was passed???I was afraid that this kind of mindset was present.
Just one thing identified was a note, as far as I knowDo we know what was passed???
I totally agree with this proposed diagnosis. I am intimately familiar with many folks with an ADHD/ADD diagnosis and he is a poster child! MOO. It runs in families, too.In one of the LE interviews Alex said that Paul had ADHD. Based on the testimony of Annette Griswold and Chris Wilson, I'm wondering if Alex also had ADHD and if self-medication happened. JMO.
AM's Lawyers just like him. The two were also involved in getting Paul lenient punishment for the boat wreck. 'You know a person's character by the company they keep'. So true in this case.
It's a distraction technique he employes quite well. They wanted to create all sorts of distractions around the Slatterfield testimony. He knows there are no speaking objections so he goes on a long one-then the thanks and explanation of why he says thanks...OMG. Then he, IMO, makes a big booboo when he floats the proposition that (1) Alex made up the case to help Tony cause he really wasn't owed $$ for his mothers accidental death so Alex was a hero and then yes (2) Alex stole ALL the money BUT then Tony got a real lawyer, Eric Bland who recovered all the funds and ended up with more so Alex stealing from him was a HUGE benefit to him. Ya really can't make this up.Who pulled Harpos doggie chain? He's objecting to everything and this deal of saying "Thank You" to the Judge after a sustain is unheard of and so is his preposterous explanation of his just being just old school and formal. Who does that??
MOO
Oh I’m well aware of the state’s theory and why the CFO was called to testify.IMO the CFO wasn't called so much as a character witness as a witness to motive. It didn't hurt that she provided evidence he was a liar and a thief.
I believe the main takeaway so far is that AM knew he had stolen for years and stolen a huge amount of money from his law partnership. That was his livelihood. If he lost that he could not continue to 1. keep stealing 2. keep juggling accounts 3. continue the lifestyle he loved. The CFO questioning the $792K was the alarm, the death knell, and it was RM3s health crisis that gave him the idea that a crisis in the family would halt her investigation. Immediately upon hearing the call and the prognosis of RM3, the CFO backed off and did nothing further. That was the investigation that had to be stopped...the one that would end his job. He could work around the boat accident lawsuit if he had a little more time and RM3s health would also give him that time. When he realized RM3 wasn't dead, he panicked. Even if RM3 passed quickly that wasn't going to be enough time to keep the $792K investigation from resuming. He needed more in the worst way and while it may make no sense to us, it made sense to him. I believe the CFO wasn't called so much as a character witness as a witness to prove motive. It didn't hurt that she provided evidence he was a liar and a thief.
Direct evidence is always good but circumstantial evidence can be considered and given the same weight as direct evidence and in this case, when the jury hears all the evidence and puts all the circumstantial evidence together it will show AM guilty.

Because they weren't sure, and he keeps chewing on something, they did a Drug test on him. Good.Just one thing identified was a note, as far as I know
AM’s partner in crime at Palmetto State BankRemind me who Russell LaFitte(?) is?
Where is the story on this: "next seat is out the door"?Much breaking news regarding improper actions by Murdaugh family... "next seat is out the door" by Judge Newman...
AM's palmetto State Bank banking "partner" who is newly convicted and on his way to the federal pen. Oh, and of course he played the VOA card (victim of alex).Remind me who Russell LaFitte(?) is?
Real money whispers, new money shouts. MOO

And all the cops would be there when he got home and spoil his discovery and 911 call...he'd have to act on camera for the initial shock? JMO Given the time frame and number of calls it does show that he was very anxious to talk to him for some reason.www.websleuths.com

A staffer at the luxury retailer told Fox News Digital the last purchase that Maggie made was May 3rd 2021. She spent $3,041 on a shoulder handbag and Gucci slides.
If she made any purchases at Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue or an outlet store, they would also show up on her account, the staffer said.
No one involved with this family, this Criminal Clan takes any personal responsibility for one iota of all the horrors they have created/participated in.AM's palmetto State Bank banking "partner" who is newly convicted and on his way to the federal pen. Oh, and of course he played the VOA card (victim of alex).![]()
He admits he was at Moselle. His alibi relies on timing. See his Notice of Alibi here:So…..how will defense cover up AM being on the recording at the kennels? Remember he said he didn’t go there.
