I agree!!!There's NO REASON for Bubba to be kenneled.
He didn't stay at the kennel. He traveled with Maggie (per Blanca). Maggie would've been leaving shortly for Edisto IMO....
In the video, it's Alec who is calling for Bubba. He is the only person who had reason to kennel Bubba.
This is not insignificant.
IMO it's huge.

I agree, I feel it's very plausible that he washed off and dressed at the kennels.Did anyone swab the water spigot at the kennel?
He can’t push too far, they still had food in the stomach, though she couldn’t really identify it other than meat. Takes about 2-4 hrs to go to the small intestine. What time did Paul arrive, 6 something?Time of death. I was very surprised that Waters didn’t ask about time of death.
I suspect DH has several things up his sleeve, one of them being getting her to estimate tod between 9-9:30 so he can claim impossibility that AM could have started his car nav system at 9:03 and the engine at 9:06 while being the murderer.
The shots were fired rapidly, and he probably could not tell that the one that went through her breast into her brain was fatal, but there could be no survivors to testify.....The execution shot in the back of M’s head? Insane.
Prison full of people who have done it for significantly less...
I think that shotgun was Alex's. maybe they had them out when riding around the property earlier? I'd imagine it would be typical to carry a gun around on the property while looking at the fields or whatever it was Alex wanted them doing that day. Paul's gun is the one that killed Maggie. Wasn't it said it was the one that Alex bought Paul.. he had one go missing and then Alex replaced it, but it's never been found. The one originally lost or the new one, both gone. Maybe Alex used his own shotgun on Paul and then wherever Paul had his own rifle located (maybe somewhere near him) is where Alex picked it up and used it to shoot Maggie as she was coming to see what the other shots were about.![]()
I'm confused, I don't see any of the jurors taking notes.
In my original post that you replied to: "I heard a reporter say that the jury is allowed to take notes but chose not to."
Unless something has changed, jurors are definitely allowed to take notes in SC. I've seen it in two other trials Nathaniel Rowland (2021 with Judge Newman) and Michael Colucci (2018 with a different judge).
Crying…but tears of guilt or grief? And, were there actually tears?
The planning mode/backup plan for a man's life that is starting to unravel.I am thinking that the stolen gun wasn’t stolen, I am starting to think AM took the gun.

Good thought. That would save him time. I think the GM data will confirm it.I agree, I feel it's very plausible that he washed off and dressed at the kennels.
I think they were both caught completely off guard. In the video, everyone sounds happy, and basically laid back. They had no clue they were about to be murdered within minutes of each other.... Just so sad.It sounds like it has to be PM shot first. If PM had this done to her where she was found PM would most certainly have not stayed put and been shot from behind. His mother was taken down like an animal. He would have ran towards or away from her and her killer and not wound up by the threshold of the feed room. AJMO
I can see this e exactly!Particularly with Maggie. It seems like her shooter wanted her to feel terror and to suffer before losing consciousness.
It’s like the killer wanted them both to see their destruction coming, but wanted Maggie to register it incrementally. Paul was obliterated, but Maggie was directly confronted, chased down and shot repeatedly, and then executed.
AM/PM rode around the property checking out the trees and target shooting as one does on 1700 acres. This provided the perfect opportunity for AM to park the two weapons at the kennel before getting back to the house for a quick supper.
I've long wondered if AM using the wrong caliber shells in the shotgun used to kill PM caused the gun to jam when shooting at MM and why he was forced to go for the 2nd gun to kill MM. MOO
IMO, an impressive, speculative timeline below tweeted by Mandy Matney:

They both were lured there that specific night. And the grounds keeper was off that night.Particularly with Maggie. It seems like her shooter wanted her to feel terror and to suffer before losing consciousness.
