I hope Griffin counted his fingers afterward. And then AM and Griffin shook hands.

What I found really funny was the defense suggesting that when he was asked to change so they could take his clothing, he just might have put his kakahis and shirt on from earlier in the day. Sure the dirty clothing? Okay well the lady that does his laundry never has seen those clothes again so wonder what he did with them after he changed again?
I’ve only watched this case out of the corner of my eye, haven’t posted in here. But it looks quite clear to me that Murdaugh is guilty.
And I’m betting the jury will see it that way too.
I luv this!!!!!
I too want to add my 'glad to see you here steeltowngirl! Nice to see your impute!I’ve only watched this case out of the corner of my eye, haven’t posted in here. But it looks quite clear to me that Murdaugh is guilty.

Not knowingly. At the time of the GJ, that information was deemed to be correct.
Well said and it's true in the end, it's in the jury's hands and we're just reading the book as it plays out. Like many books we interpret them differently yet invest ourselves in the moment.
Good to see you here @steeltowngirl.
I agree that the evidence is there for conviction beginning with AM lying from the earliest that he never stepped foot near the kennels on Monday.
However, I fear that unless the jurors made up their minds 2 weeks ago, what's happened since then could be very confusing to jurors, and confusion always plants seeds of reasonable doubt. Only need 1 confused juror!
IMO, the presentation of witnesses and 403, 404 evidence really jumped around without explanation to the jurors. Unlike the jurors, we've had the benefit of the witness testimony (twice) and evidence "in camera" (without the jury present) but I think some jurors could be left scratching their heads after a week of financial testimony, proving AM murdered his wife and son.
And today's cross of the lead SLED Agent Owen was brutal! (My heart goes out to Agent Owen who lost his mother on Tuesday and had to testify today).
I fear if the defense is given the opportunity to successfully cross-examine (i.e., in textbook fashion) cousin Eddie (Curtis Smith), there could be reasonable doubt that this was a single-shooter double homicide.
So I'm reluctant for the state to call cousin Eddie to testify on Thursday!MOO
GOOD CATCH!!!!Interview with Alex listen closely:
"Where were dogs when you came back? (Came back from his mother’s, he already stated he wasn't at the kennels)
Dogs: “They were like they were when I —- (stops himself) I didn’t put dogs up."
He didn't ask him if he put the dogs up...duh
