“Of any other adult-sized….”
I hadn't thought of that...lots of Cousin Eddie types living in his house now...it could be arranged, IMOAm I the only person waiting for AM to have a head injury delaying trial soon?

Ohhhh, I didn't know that. Missed that part. Those of us working from home and trying to keep up have a terrible challenge!Sounds like he "finalized" the powerpoint yesterday. Interesting and he said that was common in trials to finalized it the day before testifying. I wish the lawyer would have asked him why that is common.. perhaps you need to change things based on what the previous witnesses have said? I don't like it at all.
Also what I don't like is that this man worked on the boat case.
Do you know any professional engineers? They know everything.
Welcome to the barI am so confused...
The "expert" witness' insistence that the shooters were only 5ft 2" tall clearly demonstrates to the jury the absurdity of nearly everything else he has claimed. It’s the return of the ninjas
ESPECIALLY with the case involving Alex Baldwin in the news. Completely lacking in caution where much is warranted. To me, it's beyond My Cousin Vinny in terms of courtroom behavior. Now I'm not a criminal lawyer and I've only practiced in NY & MA but the idea of a defense attorney joking WITH a GUN in hand about shooting the prosecutors in a double homicide case is so beyond the pale I'm honestly shocked. Even more so because the prosecutors laughed too! It's just completely bizarro world to me.
The 12 year old, the youth, the little guy...haha. I love Fernandez.Fernandez: How far off from the ground is that weapon in the hands of that 12 year old.
DH: Objection! There's been no mention of a 12 year old.
Judge: overruled.
I am dying here. This is beyond parody.

She's too much, she knows exactly why he's saying that. She just doesn't like it, AJMO
I agree. And quite frankly I'm rather shocked that the judge allowed this behavior.![]()
Bizarre moment Murdaugh's defense attorney points rifle at prosecution
Dick Harpootlian indulged in the gallows humor as the defense today provided analysis of gunshots at the crime scene to claim Alex was too short to be the killer.www.dailymail.co.uk
This is the bizarre moment Alex Murdaugh's defense attorney pointed a rifle at the prosecution bench and said 'tempting' as the courtroom erupted with laughter.
He grinned as he pointed the gun at the prosecution table and said, 'tempting', prompting a chorus of laughter. South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson laughed but others at the prosecution table like Creighton Waters were not amused.
Emphasis mine.
I get it.
Gallows humor.
I've used it myself on occasion, where the subject matter in some cases have been particularly overwhelming and difficult to bear.
Sometimes poking a bit of fun at a perp whose self-aggrandizing was noxious and ridiculous.
But this 'joke' ..... was not funny.
And Harpootlian should be ashamed of himself.
