I have no problem believing that Kyron was walking around with friends while TH was talking with teachers/friends. If the boy saw the truck then that means that either TH was still there (maybe telling the teacher about an appointment, if that happened) or she had "left", or wanted people to think that she left but was waiting for Kyron to come out as instructed after he finished looking.

In a way, after watching that clip, I feel we're being jerked around by the media (understatement?!)...

The female newscaster starts with "This, as Kyron Horman's mother points the finger at Kyron's stepmom on national television..."

This entire time, the media has been anti-Terri and now that they have an actual accusation against Terri, they are able to show another side? Very strange! I would love to know how long they've known about this little boy...

Personally, I very much doubt they are being ignored. They are obvious, came early on, and involve eyewitnesses. I assume that they have been checked out and either explained by other or further information or discredited. As close to the vest as LE is playing it, I doubt they'd come right out and fill us in on the details of this. Especially wrt to the child's account. jmoo

HI guys.....have only read the first post with the info re looking for a certain family and with pick up trucks.....so I dont know what you have discussed..

my two cents worth is that they are looking for other/s involved.....

I truly beleive Terry has used sex to lure men to do her dirty work and someone local has taken the bait and hopefully!!!!!!!! has him hidden somewhere......

I know she tried to get the hubby killed and you can bet your bottom dollar that she had been sexting the landscaper for a while before she just came out and asked him to do that for her...........but I just cant get my head around her trying to get someone and someone actually killing a child for her.......

the thing that does concern me is his allergy to bees........and getting him stung by bee/s would be easy and maybe not as awful for her conscience to handle

I can't figure out why she'd want KH dead and Kyron alive & hiding out somewhere?

It would seem more logical that she intended to kill both Kyron & KH to free herself a new life.

And since for whatever reason the hit on KH was foiled, why then would she stage an abduction of Kyron?

It would make more sense if TH was still there somewhere and this was before she says she said goodbye, since LE have stated that she was the last known person to see Kyron.

If she was gone before this, that statement would make no sense, or young Mr. T's statement, or Kyron being with friends as this young man states. :waitasec:

I'm thinking maybe LE being so secretive about the time this boy saw Kryon in the gym is because it would show the school was really negligent for not calling the parents. In other words, maybe this child saw Kyron in the gym as part of the chaperoned touring of the science exhibits. And Kyron went missing from the group. That is the way I originally thought it to be when another child and/or parent volunteer commented that Kyron was not back and teacher said to calm down maybe he was in the bathroom or getting a drink. Very odd.

I have a hard time believing these kids both noticed Terri's truck and/or Terri at points when she was not with Kyron...kids don't do that, they are busy with one thing at a time, especially on a day like this. I am sure LE has been over and over the statements of these children and have determined what parts make sense when compared to the timeline from teachers as to who was where when, and when Terri's phone or bank carrd was elsewhere, etc...there is no conspiracy to silence these children, except to as how it might harm the investigation for them to be on TV talking about it.

Oh also - if you consider the rumor that Terri told the teacher across the noisy gym about the appt. - then it would make sense that Terri was in the gym with Kyron, just maybe not together at that moment when T saw him with friends. He doesn't say or not say if Terri was with Kyron then.

I used to teach, and it's amazing how the students know what each other is up to--they are actually very observant. Many times, I had to question children to discern the truth (he said/she said problems), and they would all see details that I missed...

There's one way it makes perfect sense. If, for one reason or another, TH wanted to get Kyron away from his father.

She had raised Kyron since he was very young, and might have been very attached to him. She senses that her marriage is falling apart - and since she is only the step mom, she will lose all contact with Kyron. (Another possibility would have been if she suspected abuse.)

That leaves two options - get rid of the father, or snatch the boy. The first didn't work out, so...

I see the repeat interviewing as more of a problem. Memories change over time and my be affected by what the child may have seen or heard since the first interview, which was right after Kyron went missing.

Sadly I feel I have complete tunnel vision. I have tried to imagine another scenerio, and even with this "news info, about looking for a family and a student seeing him in the gym. I can still see it being Terri and no one else... WHY??? Because of her actions. I am sorry there is not a conspiracy to try and frame Terri, she is just not that important. She is making herself look guilty.

Now this makes a little more sense.Zimmerman said she last saw him at 8:15,Terri said she left Kyron in the hall at 8:45,so I was wondering what was going on for that half an hour.Then there was the confusion about the doctor's appt with the teacher and Terri saying something to her in the gym. I thought maybe they went to the same exercise gym,but this is the gym,the school gym.So when the kids went back to the classroom and the little boy said Kyron wasn't with them,I guess he was with them all in the gym.

So,it's been reported there was a witness who saw Kyron last,but wasn't giving out the name.I imagine it's the boy in this interview here that saw Kyron in the gym,but Terri's truck was still in the parking lot.And why would Terri leave Kyron in the hall to go to his classroom when his class wasn't in there at 8:45?

I think TH used smoke and mirrors to make it appear that she had left Kyron at the school and she had left. Making sure he was seen with others without her, talking about an appt, etc.

I absolutely wholeheartedly agree with you. The other thing I can't get past is the fact that Terri may have an accomplice holding Kyron somewhere. I mean honestly, is there anyone out there who would really put themselves into this situation and hold onto a child who has made national headlines for a month??? I know I certainly don't have friends or relatives who would risk their own behinds for me and I can't imagine that she has anyone that would be willing to do that for her. It's just ridiculous. Terri doesn't have anyone else to blame but Terri for this and perhaps if she were truly innocent, she should be screaming at the top of her lungs proclaiming that.

And my question has always been -- How did the teacher go from thinking Kyron was in the bathroom or getting a drink to marking him absent and never looking back?

When the substitute questioned the teacher about where Kyron was, it's important to note that the way the child remembers it, the teacher didn't say, "He has a doctor's appointment."

Sorry, that was a typo/brainfart on my part, I meant the "substitute," although the point stands, because when the substitute asked where was Kyron, the teacher answered for her to calm down because Kyron was probably in the bathroom or getting a drink of water.
