Man, I hope that today is the day they crack this case!

I can't pull myself away for fear BeanE will post a tweet saying they've found this baby safe, or they've found incriminating evidence or the persons responsible have been arrested! When that happens, the board gets swamped and I won't be able to log on but I don't want to miss anything so I Can't Leave!!!

Help me! I am supposed to be a responsible adult and I have to do laundry, fix Sunday dinner, vaccume up a ton of pet hair, water the poor dried-out trees and color my hair! How do you people get anything done, do you all have maids and eat take out?

Omg! I have to do the same thing. My child just asked what would be for sunday dinner. We usually eat at 200 and im still at computer. :seeya:

National Guard helping search for Baby Lisa

Twenty five members of the Missouri National Guards military police will be helping search for Baby Lisa today. Our reporting partners at channel 9 spoke with Major Lisa Spicer and asked what the members will be doing on this one-day assignment. She would not elaborate, saying they were working under the direction of the Kansas City Police and the FBI.

Similar situation here - two kids, a husband, and my mom who is visiting... The other day, my mom asked me, "What do you do on the computer all the time?" :innocent:

I hope so too.
BBM - Ditto that!
Laptop travels to laundry room. I've suddenly come down with the flu or something + will be unable to cook, so there is plenty in the pantry for others to fend for themselves. I like cereal. The pet hair will only return tomorrow so I will wait to rid the house of all of it at once. I see rainclouds on the horizon + I wouldn't want to waste water. Oh he77, put on a kerchief. :D

I'm disabled, bedridden, and I'm a responsible adult too. No maids, not much take out. I have a home health aide who comes in, and the best husband in the world.

I just asked Brian over at the live wire site if they would be putting up the helicopter. Hopefully he'll answer soon.

This shows a woods search near Buckeye Greenway + N Jackson on 10/6/11. I "think" this (general area) is where they're returning to with the NG. I too would like to know what is leading them to certain areas + to re-search.

MOO - I've thought previously that it could be cell phone ping locations from the first day/s +/or a suspected travel route. Since they are all close to the home, I "assumed" this was based on mode of travel or lacking thereof, or a limited time window of opportunity. Now I have to wonder if they haven't found breadcrumbs so to speak, such as diapers they found last night in the woods (I know those were said to be nothing to be excited about + so forth, but what if there have been other signs of camping out w/ baby as they've searched?).
You have the correct area in mind. yes i think they are looking for something specific. These woods are DENSE. With the way they connect, only to be broken up by N Brighton, Searcy Creek and 435, there is also a LOT of ground to possibly be covered. If they are looking for the cell phones or such it could have easily been overlooked even with all of the searches that have already been done.

Stick something frozen in oven, throw in a load of laundry, wrap a scarf around your head, spray entire house with Febreeze. Pretend to be exhausted and need a computer break. :innocent:

These woods are thick. They would have to be on top of the searchers to get an image of anything other than trees.

You'll have to learn to multi task. Put dye in your hair, while that sets, put a load in the wash, check here for updates, get dinner ready (make something you can put in the oven or crock pot so you don't have to watch over it for a couple of hours), check here for updates, rinse dye and wash hair, towel dry, check here for updates, vaccum only where you see hair/dust, check here for updates, get rid of plants and trees (get plastic ones) Check here for updates :floorlaugh:

I could be wrong but I seriously doubt they'd bring in the National Guard to look for cell phones.

Ahhh! So that's the secret...Batman had Robin and Alfred; BeanE has a Super-hubby and Amazing-Aid! Is that a fair comparison?

Please tell them both how grateful we are that they are there to support you as you keep us so well-informed! BeanE, you rock! :rocker::rocker::rocker:

The NG appears to be looking for a body - awful. However, if Lisa is not found nor any evidence is found by the NG, my suspicions for a body are on the river. A child's body would likely never be found.

You are a perfect example of a person who was given lemons and has made lemonade. You may be down Ms.BeanE, but you are certainly not out of the game!

Thank you for all you do here!!!:rose::rose::rose:

I clearly stated it as an example. This area is very dense and has a lot of washed out ravines and over all difficult terrain. ANYthing small could easily be overlooked here.

If they were looking for Lisa I would expect them to have dogs. They must really think there's valuable info on the cell phones for the NG to be there. I've never heard of the NG helping with this type of search. The searches I've seen, LE usually relies on local volunteers to help. Why is LE so concerned that the volunteers will contaminate evidence? Do they think a volunteer will intentionally destroy something?
