Separating FACT from fiction

http://someoneisgettingawaywithmurder.blogspot.com/2010/11/stanton-one-of-ramseys-neighbors-living.html

This is not a well researched web page and is one of the reasons for this thread. The article states:

"Three neighbors have gone on-record giving depositions of hearing this scream at app. midnight."

If this is true, we have something big and it would have been quoted all over WS.

acandyrose: "Four other neighbors heard no screams, Four other neighbors heard no scraping sound."

"Detectives found an entire draft of the ransom note in the home, and the legal pad on which the final ransom had been written, along with Patsy Ramsey handwriting samples similar to the style on the note."

No. The detectives found the start of a draft of the ransom note. It was only a piece of a page.

A better source would be acandyrose.com

Stanton's Four Stories;
1) She heard nothing,
2) She heard a scream,
3) Was negative energy,
4) Heard 2 days before

These stories are adding to my idea.

She does not want to say why she was listening for the noises in Ramseys.
Her report was without any sense if used not with the bat landing outside of the house. Waking her husband <-> too much of delay between noises.

Heard 2 days before was added by a 3rd person.
Stanton's report was gathered after some time and there is no source she changed her mind regarding the day of the hearing.

What do you think about this:

Burglar hidden behind the curtain in JonBenet room + Burke calling "Jo(h)n" + possible pre-death molestation of JonBenet = ???

This one looks hilarious.

May be this is a reason why any of Rs was never sued to be a murderer of their daughter by police, isn't it?

ok.

I think that murderer commit a suicide like 10 years ago.

John knows that.

Killer did a suicide because he could not think of himself as a pedophile in the jail.

A black robber in Atlanta was paid by the organization who bought stolen thing.
He wanted to "play" with John because he was sure John will be in a jail used by black **** as a pedo molester.
I think he wanted to meet John at the time of the robbery.

You know... most ****** robbers think of themselves as a savior of the world. I have this thingy ruling in my country nowadays.

sorry for possible moderation of this post :-)... just... this whole thing is too close to my current political situation.

How do you know it was a bat landing outside the house? Wouldn't that have caused the dogs to howl/bark?

And yes Boldbear, I know the blog not the most reliable source of information. We have to consider all options though. In my mind, I try to consider all options. (Except intruder -- that's not an option for me). There's errors on candyrose and it needs to be redone. I thought someone was going to re-do that site.

Nothing hilarious about the death of little child.

And no, there was no evidence of a burglar. They found zero evidence of an outside person. A Ramsey killed her. This forum mainly recognizes that. We just debate on which Ramsey.

The bat was found outside of the house.

Police assumed metal on concrete was connected to this.

sorry, I am using shortcuts because my English is poor and it is harder for me to write anything for people not knowing some facts from police reports.

BR had baseball bats. Both JR and PR admitted this.

UFO and Martians do have baseball bats too.

Is this important?

I was thinking we are talking about some metal bat outside of building who was left there by someone.
With Luther's Stanton report most theories assumed it was thrown outside with metal on concrete noise.

This was out of sense because of many reasons.

They probably assumed information leaked and Stantons' dreamed their information.

The same with reports about someone looking like JAR near Ramseys' building.I think it was Burke calling Jon. No one saw him but they assumed it was JAR calling in high pitched voice. May be drunk or sth. -> John like a mathematician's God, sleeping and thinking nasty things with JAR... at the same time... (Banach-Tarski paradox)

Do you know the method of parenthood which uses parents name in exchange of mom, dad?

May be JonBenet name was deeper than we think.

May be it was something more than killing a child.

  • #311
I will extend a little matter around JonBenet name.

There are scientific tests which proofs people hear much better their own name.

Using Jon and Benet in JonBenet name could force her to be listening more closely for things which were dedicated for her older brother JAR or her father John.
She could be 1st to hear someone calling "Benet".

I wonder who decided on the name of JonBenet.

It looks like 1st thing which could force John to get rid of her in my opinion... (keeping in mind R theories)

But it puts much more background to something but I am not sure what it is yet. Will think about this thing in my less occupied brain cells. Hoping for some future results.

[Edit] I am close to thinking if no dead she could be worth a million dollar herself as an adult.

Can you really call it a fact if "most likely" is in the "fact"??

PR supposedly said she will never forget the scream, can someone add a link for reference to that please?

The experts and the armchair sleuths are divided on whether the word "chronic" means abuse prior to the evening of the 25th or not. Her pediatrician testified that he had seen no sign of abuse. It must boil down to what the writer of the autopsy meant by his term "chronic". Laymen think it means longstanding. It might not mean that in the autopsy report. It's been argued back and forth on TV and on the internet so there are several places to find these debates (and books). I haven't seen any one central place where all interpretations can be found but there may be one.

As an RN, when we use the word "chronic." it generally means present or occurring over time.

celticthyme,
That's its standard meaning. So acute means now or the present, etc. A little thought on it, e.g. Chronos relates to time, Greek god of time, e.g. Chronometer, etc so Chronic has to be a variant on this?

The alternative being played out must be Lewis Carrolls version in Alice in Wonderland When I use a word," Humpty Dumpty said, in rather a scornful tone, "it means just what I choose it to mean – neither more nor less."

JonBenet was medically examined twice the day she was found by two different MD's, both concluded JonBenet displayed signs of chronic abuse.

A golf club with a blonde hair attached to it was founf out in the yard per Steve Thomss's book. It said bat and was corrected
