I thank you ...and I agree

jmo - I thought it was all fairly obvious before all the discussions, threads news releases and so on...

>>>set it up , do it, stage it, arrange the evidence to be found by someone else and pretend you are innocent.....

motive is too obvious to overlook
the timeline, evidence just adds to the original supposition

this is a poor rendition of Scott a la Peterson
people amaze me at the ability to overlook the obvious.......

it turns my stomach to look at this mans face knowing he did what he did, and whom he did it to.......

"there is nothing new under the sun"

and its usually the most obvious that is the reality

Pat Brown was on NG recently -- she basically scoffed @ the "setup", timeline, crime scene -- all of it......ya'd think she would know!

yes, but if she didn't offer a different point of view she wouldnt give Nancy anything to scoff at. It's a fine line to play "devils advocate" on NG...too far and she cuts your mic. You have to be ready to play if you go on her show, and stick to the role you are assigned.

I thought about that, but since SC was raised Catholic (and presumably baptised, communed & confirmed Catholic) I would guess they would go the catholic route of open caskets. Just my assumption though.

I'm still trying to catch up after a day in the office, so if others have responded, my apologies. Not all Catholics do open casket funerals. My MIL's funeral was with closed casket. Even at the visitation before the funeral Mass. So was my FIL, although he was Presbyterian (did I spell that right?).

I wish something would break in this case so I can get some rest.

Connors statement on NG (from last week, played tonight going to break)... "We are no longer following him, it was obvious we were following him for about a day, uh, that was just we were concluding the investigation and we just wanted to know his whereabouts in case, uh, we needed to (big pause here) further the investigation with him.

Anybody care to read between the lines here?

Somebody posted over on the STL PD thread that maybe they were following him so he could not go back and retrieve any evidence he threw out. So maybe they wanted to get it before he could go back for it - makes sense to me.

Hi ya'll! Trying to catch up - as usual. Makes me feel I'm on a treadmill - which is where I SHOULD be!

Couple of things...

The one most convincing piece of info for me is how rapidly - and publicly - JMM distanced themselves from CC. If there was any chance the murderer was someone else, it would reflect very negatively on them to have abandoned him so completely in his hour of need. I can't help but to believe they already know he is the killer. And if he had any truly damaging info on JMM or on JM herself, I would think they'd want to keep him close and happy. You know, keep your friends close and your enemies closer.

Now then, I hadn't thought about the gym clothes. I feel pretty certain there are cameras at the gym that hopefully did capture what he was wearing when he arrived and when he departed. I sure hope LE located those clothes.

And one more thing! The entire timeline of that morning disturbs me and I just realized today one major reason why. If it was time for the boys to get up and get ready for school so soon after CC went to the gym, why wouldn't he just stay home and hang out with them until they left and then go work out? If he was working graveyard, he probably didn't have a lot of time with them to begin with. Wouldn't have killed him to spend an hour with his children before they left for school. But that's just me......

McGraw Milhaven thank you. Couldn't remember his name.

He said something very strange. Claimed Nancy was covering for the prosecution. Does he know something we don't?

Now you've got me curious! :waitasec:

what I meant to say was that Pat Brown was scoffing @ the perp -- as tho the whole thing was just preposterous....I thought she was gonna say "GMAB!!"....I think she did say something along the lines about the intelligence (or lack thereof) of someone who would try to pull this off.

I'll try to find the transcript....can't remember if that was last Wed., Thurs., or Friday.

ETA: Pat Brown - NG -- 15-May-09

Out to Pat Brown, criminal profiler out of Washington, D.C. When you look at a message like that, how personal is that?

BROWN: Oh, Jean, I just have to sit here and laugh because it`s, like, the worst staged crime scene I`ve ever seen. This is the kind of scene you see when somebody is trying to say somebody else did it. The open window, number one sign of a staged crime scene. It`s, like, Well, gosh, somebody had to get into my house. Number two, scrawl something across the wall that says, See, the bad guy came in here and was really, really angry.

Three, the people are all strangled, so there`s no blood in the house, so I can get my house back and it won`t be messed up. And here`s what`s really curious. Mr. Coleman supposedly has these very vicious somebody after his family. He is in security. A man that`s in security doesn`t have any videocameras taping anything in the house. He provides no safety, no locks for his windows and doors, and he leaves his family unattended. I`m sorry, but they`re going to be -- this guy`s just looking bad very bad.

Also, if the dvr recorded him leaving the house with whatever - it was probably in the gym bag since he was going to the gym...maybe we won't see anything. Curious to see the action at the gym too.

  • #389
Now you've got me curious! :waitasec:

IIRC When he first starting yelling he was saying why isn't she asking why they have not charged him yet that was a question she should be asking. What he failed to realize is Nancy was a prosecutor so she knows why...

CC won't get any pity here. if he is innocent then he ought to be DEMANDING a poly to rule him out as a suspect. it would certainly expedite things in the hunt for suspect(s).:bang:

My thoughts exactly, Analytical....

For CC to kill his own sons....and I know it has been done before....is just sureal....It would have to take real evidence...to convince me of that.

I am leanin toward CC had dirty goods on JM and her master suite video cam in her bedroom....and he had to be silenced....what better way to shut him up than off everything he cares about...

Lets see if anyone bites on that....

That theory makes no sense. You keep someone quiet by threatening to do something horrible to their family, not actually doing it.

Just watched it again and this is the hubbies input "McGraw is telling her to cut through the sensationalism carp of her show and let's talk about why they haven't charged him yet when they think he's guilty; the girlfriend didn't kill this family so she's a non-issue"

Can't rewind and post word for word, the hubby has stolen the remote. When's the transcript up? FWIW, McGraw can be blunt & rough, I'm not his biggest fan.

Everything that I have read on his employment state Marine and security for JM. Nothing is listed that he was apart of Secret Service... but did guard Air Force One.FWIK all branches of the service including Marine MP's guard AF One. As well as CIA and SS. I dont think he had anything to do with SS.

Gotcha! I've been in and out helping my son with a project and didn't get to see it for myself. Thanks for clarifying! :blowkiss:

It probably wouldn't make any difference anyway in the way the murders were committed. An ex-Marine could easily overpower his sleeping wife and children. MOO

Now I'm really confused...I thought that was Chris' job? So, was he really JM's personal bodyguard? Or maybe he just headed up surviellance?

Also in the past here, I've known LE to be assigned to "guard" Air Force One... on the perimeter of the airport.

:bang:

You are missing the point here! Naturally, I don't expect anyone to take one factor and form an opinion, particuarly when all we really have right now is circumstantial evidence. What I was attempting to do is stimulate the conversation between those leaning one way versus those leaning another. Best to kick it off with a single factor that someone who feels strongly that CC is guilty would like to mention.

Do you follow?

I am following...I lurk/read more than post...I would love to have CC be innocent...and while I am gathering information trying to look at the whole picture, it would help me as well if those of you who believe CC to be innocent if you could post a single factor that makes you strongly believe in his innocence...
thanks :)

sorry Tmist, I thought you were saying Pat was not supportive of CC being the perp. my apologies.

and for the record, no offense meant to anyone who holds a different viewpoint than my own, (Coleman is the killer, premeditated...as stated, way early in this thread)

once you see something so obvious it is just really hard to "get" how anyone can possibly miss it.

I think everyone on the news shows is bending over backwards not to state the obvious out of consideration for LE.

coleman is the only answer that fits all the questions and facts.

and I agree with Pat's comments you've kindly re-posted...
