I think that he (Milhaven) is asking a valid question, one that goes beyond building an airtight case. IMHO, If not for the "religious" connection to JMM, this case would have been all over the national news and the DA would probably have had this guy picked up for further questioning. JM has a HUGE following and her husband has built relationships in high places. (And I don't have an issue with JM - I'm just observing)

I don't think that's the case. I believe Joyce is transparent enough and has taken the media "heat" before ... there may be a tie and they may be part of the investigation hence they have to "lay low" too.

I doubt Joyce would stand in the way of justice to preserve her reputation.

What are DM's relationships in "high places"?

Another notch for *guilty*.

Are you serious?

This guy may be a biggest a-hole on the planet, but the last time I checked being an insensitive or uncaring person does not equate to murder.

Sorry, not buyin' it.

But why? Are you so angry that you can't consider that possibility?' Referring to your emoticon with your post  ... :)

Myself, I can't jump to that conclusion ... unless I know for certain.

The memorial photos I saw were mostly dried flowers and the Lego tribute with Sheri and the boys' photos on it so I don't know what else there is to keep.

Are you suggesting the dried flowers not be tossed or taken to the grave?

Oh, of course not. But it is *part* of the puzzle.

We can just agree to disagree on this matter.;)

for folks who are trying to give him the benefit of a doubt, seems this doesn't help with that.

I don't wanna think he did it, but actions like these seem to show lack of compassion and / or rage.

No offense, but I do not see any rage in his actions (i.e., throwing away memorial items). And once again, just because the items were seen "in the trash" everyone immediately assumes CC is the one who pitched them. Do we even know that?

Regarding the above, I have not attempted to catch up on the old posts. So, if there is a news report or video of him tossing stuff then please disregard my last statement.

Agreed, Milopedes! Heaven forbid if that is a criteria of determining guilt or innocence.

They have money and power I am sure they have connections in high places,IMO it might be the reason she still does not pay taxes.

Its about 1:28 and I just drove by myself, there are still two cars in the driveway. I also know that by yesterday at 6pm, all of the memorial stuff was taken down. Now, as much as I want to say that he has a heart of ice, I do want to point out one thing: rain. If any of you have read my threads, you know that I think CC is guilty 110%, however all of those things, teddy bears, lega sculptures, signs and flowers have been outside since the event, which would mean they have been through some pretty nasty thunderstorms and some cold nights. Now, I know that we all wanted CC to take those items to the gravesites, but, lets me real here, after almost 2 weeks, I think, of rain and weather, those flowers are likely dead, either dried out or moldy, the stuffed animals are either moldy or still soaked and smelly and the lego thing and the football may have been kept but the sign was falling apart the last time I saw it.

So, he may have had to throw them all away. (But thats still no escuse for picking them up earlier and taking them to the gravesite.)

Last time I checked, that "puzzle" you are referring to was missing about 75% of the pieces.

I guess we will have to agree to disagree.

Angry? Oh for goodness sake.

Sheri and the boys are dead. :(

I believe I'm more emotional about the loss of these three beautiful people than the NOT suspect husband/father.

I'm not going to make EXCUSES for his bad behavior. It is what it is and it gets worse by the day.:(

We'll just have to agree to disagree on this case. You say neeether and I say neither.

I've been at *guilty* when I heard he lawyered up before dusk the day his wife and children were found murdered. His actions now fit into the *guilty* column for me.

If they were flowers, they would likely get trashed. Just some dried flowers in plastic sleeves. Perhaps, we don't know, the Lego tribute and things of that nature were kept but myself .. I'd throw out the dried flowers as well.

Well, imho, unless you have lost someone who was loved beyond your own self, *nothing* would go into the trash until you were able to pics, gather all into your home/car, and digest the gifts that were given from many. Only after to decide what to bring to beloveds graves and what to toss.

Call me compassionate of heart to a fault. That is what not what I would do. Not throw out gifts. No matter if dried in sleeves or not. Would never happen and most certainly not on trash day.

thanks so much for the additional info, artie!! How have you been? How are the folks in the neighborhood there?

That's because the puzzle pieces have to be put in the correct spot. Personally, as of today, I definitely see, at the least, enough to indict. LE knows what they have......................they're holding the rest of the puzzle pieces and I'm willing to bet the NOT suspect is sweatin' it. LOL, I KNOW his high-powered attorney is waiting for the shoe to drop.

Just sayin'

I happened to be up for the 3rd or 4th airing of NG last night and I had to see what everyone was talking about. Didn't know who this guy was. Now I do!

He's some no-name local news guy that maybe THOUGHT he was going to make a name for himself on the National Media. His name has now been thrown in the heap pile of CNN's NEVER CALL!

I think he messed with the wrong person. Nancy can get on my nerves, but the network loves her and she has a HUGE fan base. This guy just crossed the line to 'never-land.':bang:

I also saw that. He definately should'nt have messed with NG! All I do know is that he used to be on that sports show "Chalk Talk". His egotistical behavior is probably because he's just like cc. My husband and I saw him when we attended a 30th birthday party in Sauget,IL getting lap dances and private dances all night. My husband and one of his hilarious friends kept yelling "chalk talk" over and over again. After that, he left for another club. lol. just had to add mine.

IMO puzzle is 99.9 percent finished .

Did you see Artie's post? He lives in the neighborhood. If they were rained on for 2 weeks, they're probably not even salvageable and believe me, I am a sentimental person but I wouldn't save dead flowers or items that were rain-soaked and maybe mildew-ridden thus making them, in effect, ruined, for the most part.

True but the legos and football would still be intact and instead of throwing it away he could have given it to Sheri's mom.:furious:

Also teddy bears can be put in the washer.

Just wanted to send a personal thank you, Artie Gumshoe for being our eyes and ears at the crime scene. I for one consider us lucky to have a willing participant in the close up information about this case. Keep it comin'.
