The "creative" names drive me crazy. I don't have babies yet (hopefully someday!) but I love classic names. My middle name is Joann, named after my grandma, and i can't wait to pass along a variation someday. I love "Joanna" as a middle name.

you will have them when the time is right. i think i might have had them too early sometimes. there are benefits of having them young but a big downfall is financial stability, my husband and i are both in our 20's and are still fairly early in our careers and I can tell you that it is very stressful at times financially and socially. We are 28, so not too young but even after being in the work force full time for 6 years (both of us) it's still a struggle. Socially, it can be hard because a lot of our friends don't have kids, always go out to dinner, out for drinks, all that stuff (which i honestly don't miss at all buy my husband does), and we can hardly ever go. I would be lying if I said it also hasn't been stressful on our marriage to the point where some days I don't think we'll make it.

My daughter is expecting a girl in November and I suggested the name Sarah Kristina but she likes Bailey at the moment.

I love the name Sarah. I think your suggestion is lovely. I know that daughters don't often take their mom's advice though LoL. My mom HATED the name Carter when I first told her what I was naming my youngest.

My daughter birthday is on July 8th. I always wanted a summer birthday. I love Summer. Summer ends this weekend.

I was born in January. I always hated my birthstone because it was a garnet. My mom wanted to buy me a ring for Christmas one year, and she bought me an amethyst because she knew I didn't like the garnet. Turns out my "zodiac" stone is an amethyst. I really miss my mom right now :(.

Nonsense. We are not old, we're "seasoned".....like fine wine. :floorlaugh:

Yes- the hummers are gone. It seems like yesterday that we were talking about when the hummers were coming. Summer went fast.

Really important to have those date nights on a regular basis.
