Those recordings may not be aired or used for any purpose until after a
verdict has been reached by the jury in the penalty phase retrial. Any violation of this court order will result in immediate expulsion from the courtroom and the issuance of an order to show
cause for contempt....

Any live broadcast approved by the Court shall have a 15 minute delay.

Wait, I'm confused. The media can't show any recording they make until after a verdict, but a live broadcast just has to be delayed? So you can watch it live (albeit delayed 15 minutes) or you wait until the trial's over? Is that what they're saying?

We won't be able to see any footage until it is over and a sentence given.

The way I interpret it is that there will be cameras allowed, but won't be aired until after the verdict: if the cameras, for whatever reason, are being used "live" (for ????), the broadcast will have a 15 min. delay.

So very confusing, IMO, and still not really answered, except there will be cameras, but how??? who knows. :scared:

I really do not understand how this Judge came to the decision of not allowing cameras (or now post-verdict release) when she allowed cameras during the guilt/innocence phase. Logic dictates that a Judge either allows cameras for the entire trial or bans them for the entire period. What she has done makes no sense to me. I don't get it.

St. Jude is the patron saint of desperate cases and lost causes. Did you know that Danny Thomas built the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital because of the prayers to St. Jude that were answered: "Help me find my way in life, and I will build you a shrine", he said and he did, but it wasn't just a shrine, but a hospital that treats children with cancer for no charge. Now that he is dead, Marlo carry on his legacy. Such wonderful people to do so much good.

I'm not Catholic but a couple of years ago I had come across a website about St. Therese of Lisieux. I was fascinated. I read about her 'shower of roses' promise. Well, I was intrigued and wanted the 'sign'. :blushing: A few days later I went downstairs to find the most enormous bunch of red roses in the kitchen. What happened is that our neighbour went to an out of city market, bought lots of roses, had too many and decided to give us some. It had never before and has never happened again. It freaked me out but in a good way of course! :loveyou:

Hi YESorNO, oh yes I know all about St. Jude. I too thought it so kind of Danny Thomas to begin that hospital. Danny came from humble beginnings. We always watched Make Room for Daddy. Sad about Rusty Hammer. I believe his son works with the hospital fund also.
You dont know how happy I am for Johnnys job. He is a legal immigrant and it is so hard. He has been here 30 years, high school and all. His whole family is here and upstanding family. Mine should have been as good! He's not Mexican. I hope all have a nice Blessed holiday. We might cook out it depends on weather.

She got famous for making a sex tape.
E television gave her and her entire family a show, which led to spin off shows. The entire family is famous for being "famous".

Oh, I should mention her late father was Robert Kardashian, a famous lawyer. He was one of OJ's attorneys for his trial, IIRC.
After Robert died the Mom married Bruce Jenner (Olympian) who now is apparently trying to transform into a woman.

Amazingly, I know ALL of this and have never watched a single episode of ANY of their shows! That is how much the stupidity has saturated this country :facepalm:
(Most of the things I know are from the shows that make fun of them, lol).
