Great article. A reporter that actually calls it as it is. Questions why a visit to TA's old home is critical for the sentencing phase, and notes how inconvenient and painful for current homeowner it will be. Even says that JA seems to think this is a do over of the previous trial etc. Makes me think the reporter is a member here at Websleuths as everything said was everything we have been saying. Good read that didn't make me yell at my Mac!

Gotcha. Thanks.

When I re-read everything, I realized it was me who misinterpreted things. LOL

This case will be the death of me yet. LOL Maybe my family can file a civil suit against JA for my death. LOL

Then why the duct tape? I wonder if he was surprised by that when Caylee was found? Jose can't get past that.

Jen's Trial Diaries @TrialDiariesJ · 8h
I'll be at the #jodiarias hearing Tues at 9am MST. See ya then!

Morning everyone :seeya:

Looks like the weather is going to be storms here today. :(

missy:jail: will have her big hands in everything today. :(

Bv5Bkk3IIAA6-EE.png

Eeeww, those hands creep me out... I can definitely see her welding a knife with those evil hands. Makes the hair behind my neck stand up & gives me goosebumps. She exudes evil. She has no soul.

give us a warning yesorno. That demented look can scared children.

I never thought she was pretty, or anything special. Just another face in the crowd. With horse teeth.

Sorry, ILIKE. :iamashamed: I should have known better. Next time I will give some warning.

I remember when, I think it was Bernina, posted that picture of the :snake: - that was scary, but "that @#%$# from Florida" is just as scary, IMO.

OMG ... seriously ? :puke::puke::puke::puke:

:seeya: And THANKS YorN for these updates ! ! !

My my isn't CMJA's command of the English language so avant guard? After all, she does qualify as a "genius" with her IQ of 140. Who are we "mere mortals" to challenge her?
Laughable.
Maybe "Ed" is a genius too?
Enough of this psychopath. Off to Perryville already, where she will be relegated to an audience of one.
Hoping JSS stands firm, FINALLY! I, however, am not convinced JSS will hold her ground. Surely she sees through this nonsense...

Good morning all. :seeya:

Part 2 of the hearing today (according to Jen)?

Jen's Trial Diaries @TrialDiariesJ · 18h
#jodiarias will return tomorrow for part 2. Hearing had concluded

I want to know why missy:jail: needs the "hard drive". What hard drive is she seeking?

Jen's Trial Diaries @TrialDiariesJ · 18h
#jodiarias wants a hard drive from evidence

I hate how she gets to look at evidence just because she is now a "lawyer".

And who is this PI and what is he being told to look for at Travis' house?

Could someone Tweet Jen and ask her what missy:jail: has been wearing to these hearings?
scratchchin.gif

Is she in her stripes (how "demeaning") or is she dressed in street clothes? (just being a nosy :princess: )

That's an interesting article. What's also interesting are the comments following it. There's a die-hard Jodi supporter on there who pretty much took over, as those people will, going on and on about poor innocent Jodi. Pretty obvious from his language that he's not American and is most likely British. Why is it that so many of her supporters are from the UK? Really weird. I assume this is not GB since he and Jodi have allegedly had a falling out. I do find these folks helpful, though, because they only appear when things are going really, really badly for Jodi.

And what does her hair look like, long or short. A picture would be great also :-)

I think she's trying to put an idea in a potential juror's head. You know everything she says is the truth. I'm still pissed about wanting her pi to see the house. There is nothing there for her. Maybe they need to find her hard drive that she brought with her and see what's on it.

And Dr. DeMarte said she gave Jodi an IQ test because she didn't think she was very smart. I loved that.
