She's not representing herself anymore, so I don't think she will be questioning potential jurors herself (maybe thru' Nurmi/Wilmott tho')

@SheilaNJ her lawyers do. #jodiarias isn't directly involved. They have the right to help select an impartial jury to determine the sentence

Again, Zervakos' advice that she not take the stand seems to be his way of keeping Jodi's blatant lies from burying her.

Not to mention her complete lack of emotion. The only time she showed some actual emotion was when she couldn't stop the sex tape being played. Naturally, her angry tears were for herself.

Good Morning everyone. I have been without a keyboard so I took my husbands computer until my keyboard comes in. I have been reading put could not post or even thank anyone.

I haven't decided where to read posts about jury selection yet. I do like Beth Karas at WAT so I may do a split screen there and here. If anyone as any better suggestions, please let us all know. I see you have been discussing this.

Question: I'm confused because I have read conflicting rulings. Will reporters be allowed in the courtroom during this process? Choosing jurors?

It will be very difficult for JA to not grab the chance to be the center of attention but I am not sure she will take the stand this time. Zervakos does not think she should, claimed it hurt her last time. (I took that to mean he could have swayed even more of the jurors had it not been for JA's 18 days but who knows, really.) Plus, she would no doubt bring forth issues that might not otherwise be brought forth this time around and if she did, JM would have the chance to expound. Not sure her defense team wants to open that can of putrid worms. But, if she insists, her team will have little choice, no?
