Nah I don't think they care. They are just be irritating right now. Wonder how many times JM has been threatened? Don't hear him whining. Oh and JA must have put Sheriff Joe on her list of people she wants to take care of when she has her appeal and the courts finally see that she is innocent.

It seems the defense is more about pandering to the media and playing up the noteriry of the trial than anyone else. I've never seen a DT so preoccupied with the media coverage of their case. It comes with the territory. But the defense always wants to put it at the fore, criticize it when they think it's not to their advantage yet use it for their benefit when they want something out there that they want seen. They can't have it both ways. JM said last week about the defendant wanting to control the info that gets out there. I think the DT is just as guilty of this. They want everything sealed unless they see that it might benefit them. They want everything under the sun under seal yet an old threatening letter that obviously never materialized into anything they want out there and published. What does this even have to do with JA's upcoming trial? I mean, they already got their way with the cameras so what could they possibly be trying to do other than pout and play tit for tat games? Defend your freakin client, stop getting wrapped up in the rigmarole. And the best part is they accuse JM of this yet he hasn't talked to or pandered to the media. He literally only commented on it in court when he got fed up with the DT's games. And his response to it today, asking the judge to stop the monkey business, tell me he's fed up.

And JA Updates (which I really wish wouldn't get posted here but it's not up to me what people get to read) the reason whatsisface is on trial is because he was actually on his way to murder people for JA. They can't arrest every person who sends a threatening letter. And, given the DT's very loose definitions of threats and bullying, I'm gonna guess this letter was more much ado about nothing.

Every time a report is made through ANY sheriff's office in Arizona, they have to respond, they have to investigate, they have to make a report, it's the LAW. So, unless this "Twit" wants to produce the reports (it's a buck a page up here unless your the victim or suspect), it's all poop.

And as we all know, threatening letters are always signed with a name, address and telephone number.

Lord, the most frustrating thing is that these people are too stupid to realize how stupid they are.

I've definitely heard of Beaumont, don't know if I've never been up there.

I love it here in Houston, no other place I'd rather live. But I hate the weather so much lol. It was 100 degrees today and so humid. It's supposed to be fall! Where do you live now?

Did anyone notice that wonderful word, "self-aggrandizement" that was used by Sheriff Joe's media contact in the press release today? I don't think I have ever heard that word applied so aptly to someone so deservedly as missy:jail:.

Do you think Wilmont and Nurmi will have people pounding down their doors for representation because they're just so good. Nope this maybe the high point of their careers.
