Hiya Chelly.
Hi Geevee. I am totally confused too and don't have the energy tonight to get me unconfused.
Welcome lewcch3!
I'm totally confused as to whose witness the Bishop is, maybe he was the one subpoenaed but if he's a State witness, why does JSS have to order him to have an interview with JM? If he's defense, why is his name not sealed? I'm all confused. But glad to meet you!
He's a state witness. The wording to me is odd but I don't think it necessarily means the judge had to order him to submit to an interview. And even so, witnesses are not always willing and available even for the side they're subpoenad for.
No doubt the wording of JSS' order is strange, but I can see why the Bishop might not want to be involved, he wouldn't want to break any confidences nor be in trouble with the court if he had to divulge more info than he felt comfortable with. And who in their right mind would want to be involved with this circus under any circumstances? Not much good could come from it.
Good Evening All,
I am a newbie to this site and after lurking in the shadows for quite sometime (not having the courage to post as you guys are so awesome!) I have a burning question re the latest revelation of the Bishop to testify in the upcoming retrial of the penalty phase. As I understand it from the Justice 4 Travis site, the Bishop is a defense witness. With that said, here is my question: How is it that the Bishop cannot discuss anything with Juan from a sealed proceeding/hearing? I was under the impression that witnesses share information with either the defense team or Juan, each side is privy to that information. So, again, why is he forbidden to discuss anything with Juan? No one side owns a witness and Juan should be aware of whatever discussions where held that have now been sealed. How is the DT able to exclude Juan from hearing that information or even discussing it with a witness?
TIA!! I really love this site!!

I found this old article and don't remember ever reading this before. She is a real weirdo. LOL - I haven't said that word in 20 years.
e-mail sent by Jodi Arias on Sept. 1, 2008 to a leader at Travis Alexander's employer Pre-Paid Legal.
I am writing this letter in regards to Travis Alexander, whose life was taken last June. He was a good friend of mine. Am also, at present, in custody as I am being charged with his murder.
I am not writing this solely to plead my own innocence. That goes without saying -- as Travis meant the world to me and I would never harm him.
It is my understanding that his memory will be honored and recognized in Las Vegas this September. I would humbly remind those who say any different -- that I am innocent until proven guilty.
It is with a spirit of humility that I would ask that if I am in any way referenced during Travis' memorial at the team breakout, that my implied innocence is taken into account.
With humble gratitude,
Jodi Ann Arias
They meet once or twice a month~~ive never cared much for him so DH goes by himself.
He was prescribed mirtazapine for sleep?
Good morning :seeya:
New tweet from missy :jail:

"You hear things in jail you don't usually hear elsewhere, such as, 'I took my little brother to his first home invasion.'" -- #JodiArias
(Why she is still having "whoever" tweet her nonsense is beyond me.
And why is she "hearing" things in jail- isn't she in solitary???)

I'm not so sure anymore he is a state witness. How do you know for sure he is?
My phone is still saying to update to the 8.0 update…..it alerts me every time I plug into my mac every night.

Hope this med works for your DH, Zoey.
Mine too. Maybe they pulled back the 8.01 update after this mess and put the 8.0 back. I don't know if I have updated to 8.0. Maybe not. Now I don't even know if I should update to that one.
thank you ~~ive never heard of it beforeI realize you don't know me at all but just wanted to give you my perspective on mirtazapine. My doc and I really like it because it simply helps me sleep-and at HIGHER doses there are even studies that it improves quality of sleep and wakefulness during the day! I love it--and I've been on a LOT of sleep meds. Just my two cents-best wishes.
