I'd like to think there might be clarification at Friday's hearing but it's closed. He's a state witness. The wording to me is odd but I don't think it necessarily means the judge had to order him to submit to an interview. And even so, witnesses are not always willing and available even for the side they're subpoenad for.
No doubt the wording of JSS' order is strange, but I can see why the Bishop might not want to be involved, he wouldn't want to break any confidences nor be in trouble with the court if he had to divulge more info than he felt comfortable with. And who in their right mind would want to be involved with this circus under any circumstances? Not much good could come from it.
Totally. I imagine if Juan was wanting a Mormon leader to call finding one willing to get involved with this is difficult. Just gotta get 'er done though.

It moved westward, and after passing through the Florida Straits, Rita entered an environment of abnormally warm waters. It rapidly intensified to reach peak winds of 180 on September 21. She began weakening and began to curve to the northwest, Rita weakened to wind speeds of 120 mph and made landfall between Sabine Pass, Texas, and Johnson Bayou La. with winds of 120 mph (195 km/h) on September 24.

and for those that have been following Hanna Graham the suspect Jessi Mathews has been arrested in Galveston Texas tonight.
He's been charged with kidnapping Hannah with the intent to sexually assault her,. She went missing after being seen with his arm around her waist while leading her out the door,
and she hasn't been seen since after midnight September 13.. She's eighteen years old.
Four young women have dissappeared in five years. Only one has been found, and the dna that she had on her matched the unknown dna found on a rape victim

Yep, she's still in solitary. And clearly still pretending to herself that she's starring in a reality show that will end someplace other than Perryville.
About her odd letter asking that she be considered innocent. Its really sunk in for me that deep down inside the killer she knows she doesn't exist. There's no person inside her. Her dead eyes reflect the reality of empty space.
She breathes and bleeds and has all the physical parts of a person, but I think that's where she ends. With nothing inside, her outside is everything to her. How people see her is her only and whole identity.
Which is why she feels she must control how others view her. Which is why she said to Flores that her reputation WAS the rest of her life. Which is why she murdered Travis. He threatened to reveal her for what she is-- an empty parasite, and that above all else was intolerable.

I'm not so sure anymore he is a state witness. How do you know for sure he is?

So, I'm reading through the comments and it seems the only reason the State Vs JA page is saying he's a defense witness is because of the minute entry. I don't think anyone really knows but at this point I still think he will be called by the state and that the wording of the minute entry doesn't mean what we think it means. People are thinking the judge had to order him to talk to Juan. I don't think that's what it says. I don't think "order" means "order" here. Simply that the judge was making a note of the interview or something along those lines. Jen never said anything about Juan needing to get the judge to push for an interview as he did in the past when witnesses weren't turned over to him. But that he intends to call him. I still think he's a state witness.
Mine too. Maybe they pulled back the 8.01 update after this mess and put the 8.0 back. I don't know if I have updated to 8.0. Maybe not. Now I don't even know if I should update to that one.
Keep notes on how he does on this....note day, time, how many days....what you observed and how he feels,also of others make any comments....it helps the medical staff, if they need to change the drug or family of drugs
The new update is awful. But my iPad was messing up...and it does that when Apple has a new update out. It is like Apple programs it to go slower, crash, no pics...so I went and updated and then the issues got worse. I then had to update the phone and lap top or nothing would work at all....now they work but there are so many issues. I would wait to update....good luck!
